The manager Rob goes above and beyond if you have real issues. We ordered pizza after work on tuesday, three hours later it comes to our house. Obviously I was upset, he called me personally the next day to apologize and fed my whole work crew lunch that thursday. What else can be said the proof is in his action. We will definitely be feeding the crew from his store a few more times while up here in kingman.

I never write reviews, but my most recent experience was so bad I have to warn folks. Was told our pizza would be delivered in 45min. Going on an hour and a half now. Papa John’s seems like they are contracting their orders overseas and contracting the deliveries through door dash. Insane. I will never order from Papa John’s again.

The pizza is always made with plenty of toppings. Super delicious!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Ordered my pizza at 5:30 on a Friday for pickup and they had it ready within 20 minutes. Even when they are busy the wait time is fair.

I ordered online and it was my first time ordering from papa John’s I was disappointed to find out the chicken Alfredo was not pasta but instead just a bowl of chicken and cheese. I asked how they could fix this for me since I really did not want what I got. And I was not aware that it was Infact not pasta. They said there was nothing they could do and refused to give me a refund for my order because I had ordered online.

Can you tell which pizza has extra sausage? Today, I order 24 wings and 2 large 2-topping pizzas. One of my orders I ask for extra sausage. The one with “exta” sausage barely has any on it at all. The one with normal sausage has way more. I’m thinking they mixed it up. I say to the man in the store, “I orderd extra sausage, this is extra sausage, it doesnt look like it ? He yells to the back and a man responds “that’s what your going to get for a 3 topping pizza”. 1st, onions isn’t normally considered a topping, the meat is. Well… Ron was not there so as expected the pizza I ordered sucked! Ordered a Shaq o Roni online with extra cheese and extra cheese on that. The pizza had bubbles and the cheese was not even spread out to the edge. We ended up eating two slices and trashed the rest. What a waste of money ..

Have gotten pizza twice within last month and the first time. Just thought it was because they’re overly busy that the toppings were cheesy very light second go around. Same thing hardly any toppings and for the price of a pizza nowadays and they say they’re over topping them and they’ve been told to cut back. That is exactly what the manager said. there was nothing wrong with toppings before. Especially for the price of pizza nowadays ,It was always an enjoyable experience to get pizza from there. Not now.

Cashier was cheerful and polite, my order was ready when I arrived. Then it all goes downhill. Crust was hard and they must contract with chef boy ar dee for the sauce cause it tastes like spaghettios. Minimal toppings on the Combo. Barely any ham on the Hawaiian, the cuts of pineapple were miniscule and flavorless .
