This Lee Drive location of Chipotle is just like the rest of the locations esthetically, but the quality of the food is just ok. I got a bowl with dark meat chicken, pinto beans, brown rice, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. The chicken wasn’t seasoned, rice seemed unsalted, and even the sour cream seemed bland. Thank God for their guacamole otherwise it all would have been tasteless. Hopefully my experience was a one off and your experience will be better. Give them a try if you’re in the area.

The food was good, the issue is that when I walked in they had no beef, no chicken, and no white rice. They said it would take 5 minutes to get it all up but it’s been 20 and I’m still in line with about 15 people behind me. I don’t know if they’re short handed or just not well prepared but it’s mildy infuriating whenever your hungry and all 3 of their most popular menu items are gone.

I came in about 10 minutes before closing and Michael was absolutely amazing. He had such a great attitude, was super friendly, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. His customer service was top tier, welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. Even that close to closing time, he still went above and beyond and made the experience really pleasant. Employees like Michael are the reason people keep coming back. The service here is WAY better than the chipotle on W State St. Give this man a raise!

I had an outstanding experience at this new Chipotle, and I can’t say enough about how seriously they handled the severity of my celiac disease. As soon as I explained my situation, the staff immediately changed their gloves, grabbed fresh ingredients from the back, and were extremely mindful about cross-contamination. They even bagged my order separately to ensure it stayed safe.
It was clear that they were well-trained, attentive, and genuinely cared about my health and safety. Eating out with celiac disease can be stressful, but this team made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful and will absolutely be returning! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Love chipotle but this might be the worse chipotle I’ve ever been too. First time I go I wait an hour for my order, while it wasn’t even packed. Give them a second chance and they give me the wrong food. It’s Sunday chick fil a is closed so I give them a third chance and they mess it up again. Hope something can be done about this when I pay extra for items and don’t even get it.

Our mobile app told us our order was “on the to-go shelf” at 4:15. When we got there, it was not. We asked the cashier who told us they were behind but we would be the next order. We then waited an additional 30 minutes to receive our order.
When we received our order, we were missing gauc (which we paid extra for.) When we asked to get some, we were told we’d have to pay for it again. I’d recommend the other BR locations!

Absolutely terrible staff. This location is honestly embarrassing and an awful look on Chipotle. Awful service every time. Terrible portions. I went an hour and a half before closing and got told they were out of essentially everything. I watched multiple people get out of line because of this. Apparently Chipotle doesn’t care about losing money all they care about is that their employees go home early everyday.

new location. two other locations in baton rouge taste way better than this location. portions were good. on lady said “damn” in an insulting way after hearing my boyfriend wanted a double wrapped burrito. that rubbed us the wrong way. i’d prefer to take the drive to any other location

Waited 20 mins while I stared at my bowl on the counter from the pickup window. $13 bowl and the portion is insulting, the meat/beans were cold, and the rice was hard and inedible. Giving 5 stars because y’all just opened, but I need you to read this and improve.

Sat in line for 40 mins while the staff joked around. They still didn’t have everything within that 40 mins. Ordered a salad no vinaigrette or chips to go along. No chicken takes a hour to make or rice. Overall worst chipotle ever been too.
