Second time going to it (first time it was just as bad with the service) and the costumer service was horrible once again. No greeting or acknowledgement I was there(sensed a bit of prejudice in tone and looks) . Unprofessional cashiers. Rude and foul language. Yeah huge no no. Surprised the place is still open. Overpriced smoothies you can make at home. Maybe if you’re part of certain groups they might treat you good. I saw one person get welcomed and told to have a good day. Me? Not not even a look.

My wife and I use Smoothie King as our Go-To when we’ve had a long day or simply aren’t that hungry, at which time the Market Street S-K is our Huckleberry. My wife orders on line, something Green for me and Hers choices vary. By the time she gets hone, mine is perfect for straw feeding myself less the brain freeze (this is meant to be funny). I can’t remember a time when we weren’t satisfied, the folks serving the concoctions are courteous and efficient, no complaints from us.

Usually i go in here and its fine but the one time i decide to place a mobile order and its only half full and unblended. Has the consistency of a icee from a gas station instead of a 12 dollar smoothie. All the liquid is at th bottom and the top is just soft ice.
Update went back to give them a second chance on sept 2nd at 2pm and they are temporarily closed with no signage and open signs on. Seems like they just dont want to work. Asked if i had a mobile order so clearly they were still taking mobile orders.

Today (11/05/25), right when I walked into smoothie king only to grab an alani. I heard the employees say to each other “why didn’t you lock the doors when you came in” keep in mind there are 3 people working. After I grabbed a drink from the fridge I went up to the counter to pay. The two girls who weren’t working and making themselves food told me to give them a second. Overall very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.

Update: today a different employee served me she was knowledgeable nice and my smoothie is amazing!
Employee had an attitude and didn’t have any knowledge of the menu. Was not helpful and didn’t seem to want to be there I know we all have bad days but she was just rude even slammed the little window after tossing the smoothie. Smoothie showed the results of not wanting to be there I think I’ll stick with tropical smoothie. The only reason for two stars is it’s not the owners fault the employee was unprofessional but they need better employees

Jayina checked me out and was very blunt and rude. She only said a few words to me. “It’s 8.05” and then just stuck the card reader above my car where I couldn’t even read or see what it said. She was very rude when I was struggling to read it acting like she put it into reach.

This location has been horribly understaffed or just poorly managed for months. I stop here once or twice and month and I cannot get through the drive-thru in less than 10-15 minutes, even first thing in the morning when I’m the only car service is incredibly slow. While I have always been happy with the quality of my smoothie, I am consistently let down in the timeliness of service. On this particular day I waited 30 mins for my order and it was the worst product I have ever received from this company.
