Very unprofessional experience.

We called ahead of time and asked if they serve Vietnamese coffee and were told yes. When we arrived and ordered it, we were told they don’t actually make Vietnamese coffee—only espresso with condensed milk. We agreed to try one cup first.

The drink arrived iced, even though we wanted hot coffee. We asked for it to be replaced. They took the cup back and returned after a few minutes with a “hot” coffee. When we opened the lid, the milk looked separated and abnormal.

We asked if the same iced coffee had been microwaved. After checking with the kitchen, staff confirmed they microwaved the same iced coffee instead of making a fresh hot one.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Reheating a returned drink instead of preparing a new one raises serious concerns about hygiene and customer service. We were refunded, but this should not happen to any customer.

Dirty table and sub par food. The pho is generous with noodles which is why it is popular with College students ts but broth and veggies are lacking.

Honestly the dumplings (honestly I forgot the name of the exact dish) were great, but the main meal was noddles with beef, and it it was disappointing, I definitely won’t order it again. Besides that everything was great, the waitress Andrew did a great job and the environment was good too.

The past two times I’ve gone I’ve had a less than experience. Otherwise it has been fine.

The first time I ordered take out and the pho broth I got was incredibly sweet, way sweeter than normal and lacked salt.

The second time, it was packed so we waited for a table for about 40 minutes, they had run out of pho, I ordered fried rice. I waited for another hour after my friends had gotten their food and I watched a table that ordered after us get served the same dish I ordered before I got my fried rice togo after asking twice. They were nice enough to give a 20% discount.

It used to be fine and I could order with no trouble. I’m reluctant to go back when I have other options like sip pho or pho thaison.

I love UTea Pho… I’ve only ever gotten the brisket pho but it’s so good I don’t need to try anything else……. The service is always super fast and the people are really nice! Unfortunately if you get boba (at least the milk teas) the pearls have like a 50/50 shot of being really hard but the tea itself is decent and it’s worth it to come just for the pho anyways. Genuinely such good pho.

A quit place hidden in West campus. The prices where on average for other pho sites. We shared a lemongrass beef with roll. He brought out two rules. Not sure if that’s standard. We did ask for extra meat which was a $3 charge. And then two desserts cream puffs at the end which were delicious. Tiramisu which was my wife’s favorite. Brown butter pecan. Definitely worth a try. Give them a look. Seating is limited so expect to wait during peak hours.

Good food, fast service, clean tables. Great place to eat, their pho reminds me of what my mom cooks.

Food: 8/10
Drinks: -/10
Price: 8/10
Service: 10/10
Ambience/Atmosphere: 7/10

Food/Drinks:
I tried the “Shrimp Spring Rolls” and “Brisket Pho.” First, the Spring Rolls have too many greens in them. By that, I mean that stores usually include some spam/ham alongside shrimp, and it wasn’t tightly wrapped either. But it’s not bad. The Pho, on the other hand, was very flavorful. The only complaint I have is that there was not enough meat in it. Otherwise, it was really nice. They give a free water though, so yay~

Price:
The price was OK—just mid pricing. Personally, everything in Austin is just generally pricey. ToT.

Service:
The workers are nice. Typical workers. I don’t have much to say. 😀

Ambience/Atmosphere:
The store itself is small and cramped. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the lighting is dim. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. I was only there for food, so that doesn’t matter much to me. In general, it’s just very nice to have a Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant near my apartment! I was craving Pho for 2 weeks. :,D
