I have eaten here 5 times now since they opened. Yes!! 5 times. Let’s just say it’s THAT GOOD!! Each and everytime it is made exactly how I’ve ordered. All my orders are placed through there convenient app. Super easy to get through and there is no line. They are very kind and pleasant inside. And I just can’t get enough of there fresh subs. They put so much on them. I love how loaded they are! I always get the #3 with extra pickles and they even gave me a cup of pickles with my order!! If you haven’t tried you MUST!!! BEST SUBS IN TOWN X A MILLION 🙂

Went in and get 2 subs with chips and a drinks, came to pretty much 50$. Food was decent but if you want the same quality food (possibly better) just go to Subway, you get more food for over half the price. Should never be 50$ for 2 subs with chips and drinks for the mid quality of food it was.

Penny, apparently manager on duty. Made fun of and spoke negatively about her employee’s to customer’s while I was picking up my Doordash order. Not professional at all. Anything like that needs to be handled in house away from customer eyes and ears… She should at least fake a praise of the employees when speaking with customer’s. This is at the new store in Franklin,NC. Penny get a smile on your face and if you feel your employees are not correctly trained, then that only reflects your limitations.

Been there 3 times and the first 2 were great, but the 3rd time on 7/25/2025 was certainly not the charm. The bread seemed hard and stale. There was hardly any meat on the sandwiches. The workers seemed more interested in talking to each other than tending to the customers. How quickly they went down hill since opening. Very disappointed.

It’s not the Jersey Mike’s I remember from New Jersey! At this Mike’s they weigh the meat almost like subways they don’t want to give you too much so their profits drop The sandwiches are very good at any Jersey Mike’s. But the ones I’ve gone to in New Jersey they give you a really big sub no weighing of meat they fill that bread and smile while they’re doing it for the same price.
