Was driving by this new Wawa located on Vermont and Nolte, did not go inside but stopped for gas, Regular $2.57/gal!!!! I made the quickest U-turn ever, wasn’t passing that deal!!

This customer service I had today was horrible! I went to wawa at 9pm to order a cold hoagie and 2 strawberry banana smoothies. Since my daughter doesn’t like all the condiments/toppings we ask for it half with plain on one side and everything on the other side. A black elderly lady with glasses was very rude and ignorant when we asked for our cold tuna hoagie to be half. While I was at the register this other lady named Tay yelled in the intercom our number and said “I have your sandwiches, but you have to pay first.” She saw us going to the register to go pay for our items. Then when we went to go and grab our items my daughter’s side didn’t have what we asked for. We asked if we can get the toppings that my daughter wanted which is lettuce and parmesan cheese, she was being rude about it and telling us we can’t get it half and half. When other employees are there, there’s no problem with half and half sandwiches. I’m so disappointed in this customer service I would not recommend purchasing anything here .

Ordered four times and food was always as I ordered. No issues there.
They are definitely understaffed at night. No one is at the register at most times and you have to wait if you’re trying to pay cash. Most of the staff are in the food prep area.

Love Wawa. The food was fine as always. They really had a confusion on my order and it caused half my order to be very cold and the hash brown to be inedible. We still love. Love their strawberry lemonade!! It’s our go to place for yummies all hours of the day.

I go here a lot, usually pretty good. Just the online pickup is not consistent if you pay in store. You have to ask for your food/drink usually the staff pays little attention to you, even if it’s been sitting there for 5-10 mins. Other times it’s on the pickup shelf ready. Also the free air is hit or miss. Still better than the other locations nearby.

Used to stop everyday and get a XL 44oz soft drink. But in just over a year and half WAWA has doubled the soda drink cost and reduced the size of the cup. I have stopped going to WAWA and am now going to other places and getting the soft drink at a lower price. I have 3 cups as an example. 1 shows the 44oz and the other 2 show the reduction in size all in the last 18 months. I use the old 44oz cup for pennies now. As you can see the reduced size while they still say XL.

I’ve been coming to this store for years, ever since it first opened. The service has always been excellent, and the team is great. While waiting for coffee, I said hi to the new manager, Hilda (the previous manager was promoted to a corporate position last year).
Hilda was running the store at the highest level—checking coffee levels, taking out the trash, and building a strong, hardworking team.
