The wait time here was about average, nothing too long but not especially quick either. Ordering is done through touch screens, which I personally don’t care for since I prefer interacting with a person at the counter. The food came out just as expected—no mistakes, no surprises. Overall, it was a standard fast-food experience. Nothing above and beyond, but it got the job done.

Legitimately the best burger king I’ve ever been to. Came here at 3 in the morning after getting gas and they made me a burger quickly, and it has hot and fresh. Friendly staff. Cooks deserve a raise

Its BK on a Maine tpke. Busy on a late September evening. They managed the crowd well. Fountain soda and burgers tasted as expected. They ran out of cash had to use the kiosk.

I would say that I was originally really excited to eat my food after only eating backpacking food. I was also excited for the turnaround to be super fast. We ordered online. They waited until we arrived to start making our order for 48 people. I had plenty of time to write this. Still excited for the food though, it’s gonna be fire. Confirmed it is fresh, we saw them make it all.

9am on a Sunday morning. Filthy kiosks you have to touch. Ordered a sausage, egg croissant and french tst sticks… worker (who speaks no english) couldnt understand we needed maple syrup for fr tst sticks. After several attempts to make him understand, he threw something in the bag. We left, only to find he gave us sweet/sour dipping sauce and sandwich was bacon NOT sausage

I waited 15 minutes for a chocolate shake and onion rings at 1am. There were only two people working, and the guy getting the food didn’t understand what a chocolate shake was. He was asking the other employee what it was, and couldn’t understand going to the machine to get it. After all the confusion, he hands me a vanilla shake. He then hands me a bag, I look inside, and it’s fries. I show him my receipt and explain that I wanted onion rings, and he acts as if I changed my mind. He talking to the other guy questioning what it is I wanted, and after a back and forth, they finally put some onion rings in the fryer. He then takes my receipt, crumples it up, and throws it in the trash. The bag with the fries, get placed under the heating station that the burgers go into. I have a feeling he was going to toss them back in with the other fries after I left.
From ordering to getting my correct order was 30 minutes. I didn’t even try to get my shake corrected, because I felt it would take even more time to fix.

The food is well, Burger King. I ordered a cheeseburger , fries and a drink. Burger tastes more like meat than McDonald’s. Fries are thicker. Self ordering kiosks, though I had no problems ordering through the staff. Wait time was reasonable, it was busy. No one was rude behind the counter. Reading other reviews, I guess it’s hit or miss if you try to order.

I won’t be buying food from this burger King ever again. I hate using a keos to order food, because the order is messed up everything. I paid for cheese and I didn’t get it. No mayo nothing. Just a dried up chicken patty.. the fries are the only thing worth eating. Get rid of the keos’s
