We ordered ahead to pick up 2 pizzas today, specifying the time. The quality and flavor was very disappointing. Especially for the price! It was clear they made the pies too early and sat getting soggy until we picked up what could only be described as flavorless, overly greasy, underseasoned, poor quality ingredients on mushy 1/2 inch thick crust (and it was supposed to be thin.)

I shower up and paid 27 minutes later. 5 minutes after I paid the girl went in back asking for tenders. I then watched the cook get a bag of frozen tenders.
I asked the Girl if they were just starting my order, she said “yes”
10 minutes later I received my order.
I brought it my daughter (she has a 15 minute break) who had 3 minutes left to eat.
When she opened the box, no fries or cole slaw!
I went back to andover pizza to let them know that i appreciated them trying but the order was wrong. They said “sorry, she’s new”
They offered the fries and cole slaw but I declined. I didn’t want to live dangerous. Would you take food from someone you just complained to…

I ordered a pizza online on Tuesday 12/9 and went to pick it up but they were closed on Tuesdays. I am asking for a refund of 22.82 and now I was charged 20 insufficient fund charge as I bought some things assuming the 22.82 was refunded. I called them on 12/10 but they still have not refunded me. I am looking for a refund of 42.82 as they are the reason I have an overdraft fee. I do not recommend online ordering.

I went in there with someone for dinner. She ordered a small pepperoni pizza and I ordered a baked potato pizza. We waited 45 minutes for our order. As we’re about to leave and pay for our drinks our food arrived. The pizza was so bland and lacked flavor I couldn’t have another bite. We paid and left after only about 5 minutes of eating and stopped because the pizzas was not that great.

This place is 35 min away from home! I can pick it up and still have it hot when I arrive! This is the absolute best pizza in Ct! It’s actually magical it’s unexplainable and magical!!! It’s absolutely well worth the ride every single time!

Was take out pastrami grinder. Perfect. Grinder. Was greeted by friendly staff, handed my dinner , and told to have a good night. I’ll be back, work alot of hours and pickup is important. I will look forward to next visit. Thank you to whoever made my dinner. And thanks to receptionist who created comfortable atmosphere. All great, thank Andover pizza crew.

Food was decent (soda was flat) and service was okay until I got my receipt back after paying the bill. Home girl added a tip to the total before I had an opportunity to tip myself. The bill was $26 but she charged me $31. I didn’t dispute but I certainly didn’t add any more to the tip. Frankly she kept forgetting that we even existed so I would have only tipped 15% and not the 20% that I was charged. Her boss kept having to remind her to go to our table (so I hope they’re a shared house so at least some of my tip goes to the person who deserves it). Had we gotten better service, I’m prone to tip 25% so it was all her own loss really.
