Tossed is such a great addition to the area. If you’re looking for a fresh, healthier lunch option, this is it. They have a huge variety of ingredients to build your perfect salad, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. The space is cute, bright, and always spotless. On top of that, the service is truly exceptional. Highly recommend checking it out.

walked into Tossed planning to keep it simple and immediately did the opposite.
I built a custom grain bowl with farro, romaine, grilled chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, cotija cheese, wonton strips and the mandarin orange sesame ginger dressing. On paper it sounds chaotic. In reality, it worked. Credit where it’s due.
The salad bar is clean, organized, and well stocked without being overwhelming. Everything looked fresh, the proteins were straightforward, and the dressing lineup is where they really stand out. The mandarin orange sesame ginger dressing is doing most of the heavy lifting here. Flavorful, slightly sweet, and it didn’t completely derail the “I’m trying to be healthy” plan.
The space is calm and minimal with lots of natural light and plants. It was pretty empty around 4pm, which honestly made it kind of nice. Quiet, relaxed, and unhurried. No complaints there.
This isn’t trying to reinvent the wheel, and it doesn’t need to. It’s a solid addition to the area if you’re looking for something fresh, filling, and customizable without committing to a full sit-down meal. I’d come back. Just maybe with a little more self-control at the toppings bar.

Tossed in Vero Beach, Florida is amazing! My wife and I love it! We recommend the Chicken Caesar Wrap and custom veggie ranch salad! Ten out of ten and we wish we could give more than five stars! First of all, It smells amazing in here. Everyone is always so welcoming. It is clean, and thoughtfully decorated. I’ve never had a bad experience. I love that they have so may options, completely customizable, or you can choose from one of their salads of the month. Make it a wrap or a grain bowl. The options are endless.

Tossed Vero Beach never disappoints! Everything is always incredibly fresh, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. The portions are generous and super filling — you definitely get your money’s worth. I love the crunchy nuts and seeds mixed in, plus the sweet cranberries and raisins that add the perfect balance of texture and flavor. It’s so nice to grab something that’s both healthy and satisfying without feeling heavy afterward. It’s become one of my go-to spots in Vero Beach when I want something quick, nutritious, and delicious. Highly recommend!
