Happened to be in Claremore a few nights back and needed a quick bite for dinner, and I remembered I’d been wanting to try this place for some time now.
Order was definitely a to-go, which is good, because they don’t have a dine-in option.
Pretty extensive if routine menu, but I noticed they also served Pad Thai, and I’ve ever a fan of the dish, so I went with the shrimp version and a shrimp egg roll.
Order time was about what I would expect for a Pad Thai, meaning it took a few more minutes than your usual Asian fare because it’s got so darn many ingredients.
Got my order and headed back to Owasso for dinner. It was still plenty warm when I arrived.
First minor disappointment was no cilantro. Not sure how you do a pad thai without cilantro, or why. Luckily I had some, so I added it to my liking.
Overall, the dish had plenty of shrimp, but seemed to lack the depth of flavor usually found in a pad thai. No notes of tamarind or that hint of fish sauce that’s usually present. Overall, it was good, but only good. With a little more effort it could have been really good. The shrimp egg roll was huge, well cooked and full of flavor.
I suspect their more mainstream asian dishes, chow meins, lo meins etc. are probably pretty good, and if I’m back that way and looking for an asian fix, I’ll probably hit them up.

Why does this place have such good reviews? After a long 25 min wait for the food, the General Tso’s Chicken combo plate was not spicy at all and the meat tasted old while the seasoning was cafeteria bland. The egg roll and fried rice were also disappointing. Frozen Chinese food from the grocery store taste better. Drive-thru only here as dinning room was “closed for some time” and it was unknown (possibly in 2025) when the owner was going to remodel the inside. I disliked my meal completely and will never return.

I bought two orders of shrimp fried rice. It was basically if not actually was just two boxes of yellow rice you buy from the store with not fully cooked shrimp and a lot of raw onions and frozen peas and carrots. No egg, no soy sauce, not actually fried. We tried it at home and I had to refry it. If I’m doing that then what is the point in grabbing food out? And spent $12 a plate. Save yourself. Go somewhere else

Always delicious and prepared quickly. I call ahead and by the time I drive from Pryor, my food is hot and ready. Great food and great service.

The cheese wontons and shrimp fried rice were incredibly bland and lacked any real culinary flavor. Disappointed by the subpar seasoning and overall quality

There were 10 dumplings and they were yummy. These are the same as fried potstickers just steamed instead. And a single side order of pork fried rice which will take 3 days or a family of 4 to finish. My favorite Chinese place.

The food is really great, I have never had any problems here. The portions outweigh the price, and are consistently good quality. The service is nice and pretty quick, they’re popular though so a wait is expected sometimes. Classic small town Chinese but definitely the best in town.
