We usually order from this store when we get a pizza but not anymore. I can’t have a lot of tomato sauce so I ordered one pizza with light sauce and the other with regular sauce but the other pizza was with Alfredo sauce. So they switched my order completely light Alfredo sauce and then normal sauce on the regular pizza. Not only that the pizza was overcooked it looked like it like it had been reheated in the oven and even tasted that way because the chicken on the alfredo pizza was hard like rocks. And with the prices they’re charging for their pizza now they can’t afford it to be doing this kind of thing. It could also be that an employee hates the customers and his job. I mean if you don’t like your job just quit there’s no need to sabotage the business like this.

The Pizza is Phenomenal it’s
Cooked to perfection crispy crust, bursting with flavor, and loaded with oozing cheese and sometimes the sauce. Only Papa John’s could make a sauce this rich, sweet and satisfying.
I hope that the sauce stays the same. Because the last 3 times we’ve ordered, there has been less sauce which makes a big difference in the Pizza. Thank you, Josh, for being so polite and giving us great customer service at this location.

Light on sauce, well done, half pepperoni NY style pizza. After the first pizza apparently “had a hole in the middle”, waiting an extra 20 minutes, I ended up with a pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, no crust and raw.

Awesome customer service!!! So incredibly nice and kind! I ordered a pizza and an order of the Parmesan breadsticks with extra cheese dipping sauce. The cheese sauce was missing when it was initially delivered (this was the whole reason I ordered from Papa John’s because everywhere else only had marinara for breadsticks).
Anyways! I called and they not only sent what was missing but extra cheese dipping sauces! I didn’t catch the name of the two people I spoke to on the phone but thank you so VERY much! I normally wouldn’t have called but cheese dipping sauce for my breadsticks was the sole purpose of ordering from Papa John’s! Everything was delicious and thank you, thank you, thank you! So polite and understanding on the phone. You guys seriously made my night! I felt incredibly bad for them sending someone else back out especially on a Friday night but I truly appreciated it!
So whoever was working tonight, Friday (09/26/2025), and spoke with me, I hope whoever is in charge sees this and recognizes you two for such great customer service!

Ordered twice for delivery. One time arrived incorrectly and very late. Second time nobody showed at all. Had to pick it up myself and lost the delivery fee and tip. However, the staff is super nice and the food is very good and consistent (although the cuts were crazy on our last pizzas). They use Uber Eats or another app delivery service with no in-house drivers. According to reviews, they’re pretty new so maybe that’s why. Definitely order for pick up. Waiting until they get a dependable driver before ordering delivery again.

Food was wrong, and customer service was greatly lacking. To the point that the manager called my husband back to argue, telling him he must of ordered the pizzas wrong and not that they messed up.

They ran out of dough, their entire business revolves around dough. They were probably just lying about why the food wasn’t ready. But seriously you guys suck, I hadn’t visited a Papa John’s in years and now I imagine I won’t again.

Live about two minutes away and was really excited to have a Papa John’s close by, but was disappointed during my first experience. Pizza was not made how I wanted, I called and they said they’d remake the pizza. Then they checked the order, and said they made it as it was put in, and that I just must have put in my order wrong. Definitely could’ve been what happened, I get that, but then they gave me some attitude and said they wouldn’t remake anymore. I feel like if they had already told me that, they should’ve honored it. Ended up having to get back out in the 20 degree temps, pay yet another $15, and trash the original disgusting pizza that had pineapple all over it (which I also paid $15 for). Won’t be back.
