So I wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the employees here, as I too work in “Retail Sales”, granted, I’m in the car business, so maybe a little different, but please, allow me to share my experience… I pull up to the drive through and get greeted in Espanol, ok, I understand just enough to ask for the number 11, she quips back in Spanish something I didn’t understand, so I said “Im sorry ma’am?” Where she repeats that Spanish back to me SUPER slow and then I hear her and her co-workers laugh and I hear “estúpido hombre blanco”, and more laughter, THIS I understand PERFECTLY when being made fun of… I usually DONT do reviews as I would just NEVER go back, and to the owner of this establishment, don’t worry, I will NEVER come back, but since when was it okay to make fun of paying customers? I know I was only spending $50-$60 in your restaurant, but I CAN ONLY HOPE this review reaches enough more of people like me that are just really tired of making places so negative all because we don’t speak “espanol”… to try and humiliate a paying customer… you and your employees are DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS

I hadn’t been here in a long time and I considered this to be the best chicken in the entire region. But I don’t know what happened to them because now the chicken was old, poorly cooked and didn’t taste good. but the person who attends is very friendly.. I will return soon to see how it goes

Fresh and delicious food. I had half chicken quesadillas, chicken was cooked tandoori way grilled and the best chicken I ever had. Place is clean and staffs are very friendly I will be for sure come back for anytime I am around.

Horrible customer service. I order 2 burritos and 2 quesadillas and no chicken was in my food. Mainly cheese. I asked for a refund and I was cussed out by a Spanish speaking lady. Supervisor checked the cameras if I was served chicken and said I was.

I have always been interested in trying this place. I was looking for something different that is not infested by immature college students. I went through the drive thru and the employee only knew Spanish. I tried my best to order but she didn’t understand me and vice versa. How do you expect to stay in business if your staff doesn’t know English? I will not be going back. My interest of this place has been deflated. Adios!

I tried this restaurant for the first time today. The chicken nachos were the best fast food nachos I have ever had. My order came out hot. They use quality ingredients. The portion was huge, easily enough for two to three people. I am looking forward to trying some different things there.

The chicken is a 9/10 but the breakfast tacos are a 3/10. Some restaurants have good food but the Taco Bell tortillas mess it up. Here both food and tortillas need an upgrade. But thats just my opinion.

Nothing was fresh I ordered a Rico bowl and everything from the onion was passed due (not to mention, I paid extra for that past due onion )even the limes where dry/and brown around the edges as well as tomatoes…poor quality overall,highly disappointed….the San Marcos location needs to step it up !
