Did a pick-up order for the first time and was impressed with how fast and easy it was. I appreciated the ketchup packet in the bag for my hash browns and the kind greeting and goodbye when I walked in and out. It’s the little things! The breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns were so yummy too.

The bread is extremely hard.. I called to make a complaint .. the manager at 6:20 a.m.. answered the phone and then hung up in my face.. it was a man.. (he stated how can I help you.. didn’t want to give his name over the phone ) when asked who I was speaking to he hung up the phone..

I’m pretty sure when I pulled up to the drive thru window they started speaking in Spanish and proceed to move the tip jar????? I didn’t say anything because what was the point but I did feel some way! There’s only one nice girl that works there and she’s Caucasian she’s super sweet. Also they gave me two donuts instead of my hash brown and donut! Will not be returning!

Very friendly service and willingness to take on our large order on a Saturday morning. The manager, Alex, was great at keeping the communication going and confirming our order the day before pickup before I even had a chance to call. Everyone at our event enjoyed the donuts, there was a good variety to choose from. We are thankful for our community partners!!!

Any positive reviews must be employees. The worst dunkin, ive never had a good experience here and this one was my final with this location. Donuts rock hard they may put one semi fresh in the mix if your lucky.Even my kid turned them down. Hashbrowns were black old and most likely double cooked after sitting. This restaurant needs better oversight. Dont reccomend.

I hardly ever come to this side of town, but while doing some holiday shopping I decided to stop by. After such a long, hectic day, this coffee was exactly what I needed. Aleyah was so kind and made my drink perfectly — it truly made my day and is now my new favorite coffee. Thank you, Aleyah!

Only reason I give it 2 stars is because of the good customer service. My “ham and cheese croissant” was cold in the middle and looked like it was 2 days old. The hash brown tots were soggy and seemed to be re-warmed. I actually tried to give this place another chance from a bad experience a long time ago, and I regret it lol.

Showed up 25 minutes before close to buy a bunch of gift cards for holiday gifts. Every light was off with 2 females working. They told me to go through the drive thru even though the door says they are open until 8. If you don’t want money during the holiday season, just say so. I won’t be back. I’m not buying multiple gift cards through a drive thru window.

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts in Milwaukee. I understand waiting. But customer service is a must. I recorded and waited for there poor rude and unprofessional services smh. Its 5 ppl back. They keep walking past us for drive through. Its a shame. I must say. Had to walk out in leave. Second bad experience.
This is a daily event. Instead of trying to respond on Google ads, defending your wrong. Correct your actions, by getting customers in and out. So its less frustrating and revenue.
