So I came here today to order my sandwich and come to find out that the bread they gave me is horribly crunchy and hard a specifically asked them for a soft bread and they gave me a crusty hard one they told me that’s the way they come and I said no it’s not because I order my own sandwiches from another Subway which their breads are a lot softer. I hate this Subway. And no i didn’t toast my sandwich.

Very bad service! Such attitudes from both females that were working. When I asked if they still had soup one answered me so horribly No we don’t!! When I looked at her like excuse you she just continued to mope around slowly with her mean face and bad attitude. Customer service was horrible as well as portions of meat and vegetables. I ordered a salad and paid full price for less than the bowl of salad my husbands sandwich was less than filled. Your location has really gone down hill with cleanliness as well as staff atmosphere. Please talk to your employees about what it means to be friendly and have a good attitude while working in costumer service. They clearly should NOT be working here. Will not return to this location.
