Well, this was a very disappointing visit at the Prince Frederick Firehouse Subs shop. When ordering the cashier informed us that they had no bottled water. Then he checked to see if they had meats for the Italian sub in stock. This should have been my first clue.
We ordered 2 Italian subs with vinegar and oil. We got vinegar and oil on top of mayonnaise which we didn’t want, very messy. They were out of hot pepper spread, only hot sauce (not the same). They were out of unsweetened ice tea and had no ice in the machine. Also, there were no napkins available at the service bar.
There was a time before this when I couldn’t get the sub I wanted because they were “out”.
I’m sorry but this is no way to run a business. We won’t be stopping there again. There are too many other options in Prince Frederick to waste my time here.

There lucky I can’t give a zero! My boyfriend just ordered a sub from yall and there was a zip tie in his sandwich!! Imagine if he swallowed it?! He almost chipped his tooth!! This is unacceptable! Please beware to not go here people!!

Husband Just picked up subs from Prince Frederick location. I ordered the thanksgiving sub. It had turkey and dressing. NO cranberry sauce like described. The cranberry makes this sub!! I don’t mind paying these prices for a sub but when a key ingredient is missed it’s quite irritating!!

Firehouse is now way over priced and the quality has gone down so much over the years. Used to get large full sandwiches and now they serve less meat then subway. Shame.

Order placed at 7:08, finally ready at 7:45— for just two subs. I was one of only three customers there and the first to arrive, yet somehow still waited nearly 40 minutes. One sub was hot, the other was ice cold, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, after eating, we ended up with severe stomach cramps.
I’d recommend going anywhere else—even Subway might be a safer, cleaner option, and at least you’d get your food within the hour. Avoid this place.
