Everytime I go to little Caesars “in Benton” I spend $50 to $80 and Everytime they mess my order up! But the last time I went they messed my order up once again ! And I never call them complaining. But I have had enough of their carelessness! I paid for 5 pizza’s and they burnt 3 of them and didn’t even cut 2 pizza’s I’ve been goin back trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But it’s every dam time ! I will never go back ! They don’t deserve my money and they sure don’t deserve your money! If you are wise ! DO NOT GO TO LITTLE CAESARS IN BENTON KY!!!
I promise you that they will skrew your order all up and then they will not reimburse you not even if they say they will. They told me that and when I called them they said my name is not in the system.
Poor management, poor employee work and in all just a very terrible place to go and spend money. Take it from me ! DO NOT GO THERE! ITS ONLY GONNA BE A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!.

I’ve been to a little ceasars in every state I’ve visited and there has been a lot. This is literally the best little ceasars in all the states I’ve visited even better than the on back home in East TN and thought the one in Roanoke Va was amazing no Benton KY even has them beat.

waited over 40 mins for my order that they seemingly forgot about. i had to go in to ask about it and wait even longer. and they forgot my sauce. horrible experience

For Christ’s Sake STOP advertising that your pizza is “Hot & Ready” because it’s NEVER READY!!! You should lose your franchise considering you dont follow the little Caesars business model of having the pizza ready & waiting! Our order has never been ready when we arrived , it’s always “pull forward and wait in a parking spot for 30 min”
