A surprise spur of the moment stop! I did 8 wings with fries, kk and jd flavors. Flavor was amazing! Glad I stopped! Both owners in and very polite. Football game on TV and was a reasonable volume. Yes it was warm in there, not hot, but I am in New Mexico in August, and eating hot wings made the experience even better! Good luck in Colorado Springs in September wing contest!

Cozy restaurant with chicken-themed decor. I had the classic cheeseburger and fries. The burger was hands down the best I’ve ever had and the fries were home style! My partner said his wings were outstanding! I highly recommend Thelma’s Wang’s and Thangs if you’re in Carlsbad. It’s the best.

This is the spot for wings. The variety of sauces is excellent. Perfectly fried up and packing flavors. The chicken on the stick with fresh cut fried is my personal favorite. An rhat OG sauce. That sauce!! You could literally drown anything on that menu with that sauce. So good! The people are super friendly and inviting. Best wings, hands down in or around this area

We were in Carlsbad for an evening and stumbled across this establishment and we were glad we did! First off, the ambiance is quirky, but fun! The atmosphere is really topped off by having the food served on chicken plates. The owners, Jimmy and Belia, were very friendly and interacted with the customers a great deal. They have a great story about starting the business in a food truck and now have their brick and mortar location. The service was extremely attentive and the food was excellent. They had many selections of wing sauce and they described them accurately. I can definitely say that they were some of the best wings I’ve ever had!
It’s a prime example of a great local business and I will absolutely visit again the next time I am in Carlsbad.

Eclectic little place. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but lots to look at on the inside. Menu is one sided, short and sweet. Nothing fancy. Just straight forward. We each had a cheeseburger with green chile and bacon (warning: the green chile is HOT!). Fries were hot, fresh and delicious as was the burger. Good sized burger too. Friendly staff. Would come here again for a great homemade fresh burger. I may try the wings next time.

We ordered wings with their KK sauce and some with their lemon pepper sauce. We were pleased that they were both actually sauces and not just a rub on the wings.
We ordered take out and the wings were delicious; no complaints.

The owner was very friendly and the staff was helpful. Had to be some of the best chicken wings I’ve had. A bit crispy and very moist. Our favorites were the KK, hot, mango habanero, and lemon pepper.

The wings were awesome! Just left the bones! We got 16 wings: regular buffalo- yum, mango habanero- awesome!, teriyaki- yum-my, the good stuff- ahmazing!!! I don’t know what’s in the good stuff, but we loved it!!! Great service and fun atmosphere!

I had the chicken wings and they were delicious. Cooked very well and crispy. The sauce that was used was tasty and pleasant to the pallet.
