If you’re looking for a hot dog with plenty of toppings, this is your place. The food is amazing. Purple coleslaw, nacho cheese, chili, plus more. They also have salads, cheese steaks, etc. They service was friendly. Its worth Every penny.

I tell you I am a hotdog connoisseur lol I’ve eaten a lot different gut busters from a lot of different places. And I am telling you right now this place hands down has the BEST slaw dawgs in wv that I have tried and I have tried a lot lol the hotdogs in general are really good not boiled but grilled the chili is really dang good to. I’ll be back no doubt !!

From the outside, or looks like a little roadside place, nothing special. But don’t let that fool you! The food was very good, I love the dawgs and the chili sauce. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was all about firefighters. Really, I’d highly recommend anyone to stop by. A small, mom and pop type place.

Probably some of the worst hotdogs I’ve ever tasted. Ordered the all beef dogs and when I received them they were not even warm in the slightest! The fries I got were also not fresh and had no seasonings. Also had a side of Mac and cheese that was very bland. I figured it would’ve been good since this place had such high ratings but I was wrong! Definitely not worth the hype or the price. Also very nasty people running the register and kitchen!

Firehouse Dawgs. The spelling alone tells you plenty, gimmicky over genuine, surface over substance. But the real issue runs deeper than bad branding. When a business chooses to publicly support groups that have misled, excluded, and manipulated under the guise of community service, they’re making a clear statement. They may not say it out loud, but their allegiance is loud enough. And it’s not subtle. Some of us remember the truth. Some of us were there. And for those of us who’ve seen what really goes on behind the curtain, it’s impossible to stomach a place that applauds the act while ignoring the damage. If you’re comfortable propping up people like that, you’re not neutral. You’re complicit. I won’t support it. I won’t pretend not to notice. And I won’t be eating here.
