Wow. I ordered a onion and garlic pizza to receive this horrible excuse for a pizza. I would understand more if I ordered sausage and chicken. You probably wouldn’t load it up. But for inexpensive ingredients like onions and garlic I certainly expected to be able to see at least some toppings on the pizza. I had to come home and add cooked onions and garlic just to get what I paid for. Do better Hillsborough Domino’s. This will be my last visit ever.

Would’ve been a one star, but was able to “go out of my way” to get my CORRECT pizza. Ordered curbside pickup – Extra Cheese medium pizza, BACON and pineapple medium pizza, 8 count BBQ chicken. Well, after waiting 8 minutes past two minute guarantee, staff marked order as complete, per tracker – I guess so it didn’t count against them. Get home, cheese pizza WAY overcooked, bacon pizza instead had HAM and WAY overcooked. Bbq chicken had sauce mainly in the middle of the box.
Called store.. after waiting through 5 minutes of automated talk, someone answered… And she wasn’t very nice. Told me my only option was to drive back to the store. Well, since we intended on eating today, I went back. Pizzas were cooked correctly.

LIVID about the quality of the products lately – I can’t even just say pizza! Our pizza has been overcooked 3 times in a row, my BBQ chicken with NO bacon (allergies), was loaded with bacon so they couldn’t be eaten. You try to call the store and speak to ANYONE and it’s like it’s a call center and then you’re in this ridiculous loop. I guess I’ll have to leave work to go down there and speak to a human. We ended up doing a delivery that was cold and overcooked and a car side. Both ridiculous.

It was not about the service. This is above your drivers on the street. We missed being hit by a reckless domino’s driver by inches on 09/11/2025. A black sedan between seven and seven thirty on 70 and st. mary’s decided to illegally make a left turn from the straight lane, And oncoming traffic be damned , which was us. Thank God

Placed an order for a chicken & beef alfredo pizza at 10:29pm & received a call from Chris around 10:33pm notifying me that they were out of chicken , he stated that he could replace the chicken and add a little extra of the other topping to accommodate me ! I had reserved an opinion of this place until I was sure that they make good pizzas consistently. This goes back to me about 3 years ago when I ordered my first pizza from this place, and I was surprised that they did so well, however, I had two or three disappointments after that first time where they added a lot of sauce or too much of one ingredient making the pizza soaked or too heavy.
I am not sure what happened (if they changed the manager or just continuous improvement) but in the last year I have been ordering pizzas from time to time, and a perfect pizza is always delivered in an efficient way. Congratulations and thanks for doing good pizzas!
