This is a nice family owned business off the beaten path that sits on the bay in Palacious. The service was great , and my food was delicious. I had fried oysters, fries , corn and hush puppys. The oysters are the best I’ve had , they were full of flavor and not over powered with spice and no cocktail or tartar sauce needed. I ride my motorcycle 150 miles to eat there and was not disappointed and would definitely stop in again if I was in the area.

This place was great for a sunset dinner on the bay. My ginger shrimp dish was amazing and the fried shrimp and oysters were really good too. They had good popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders the kids enjoyed as well.

Incredible view with food to match! This place is very clean and adds a ton of flavor to each dish. The fried batter was delicious, and hot wings were cooked to perfection with a light crisp. I highly recommend trying the vermicelli bowl. Thank you for the perfect dinner meal. Everyone in my family really enjoyed everything!

Great seafood in a casual atmosphere. Some tables indoors, most are outside overlooking the water. We tried the Ginger Shrimp and the Chargrilled Shrimp. Both were good choices,

Was a little surprised that in a fishing community the fried butterfly shrimp were frozen, but they were still delicious. My blackened tilapia tasted fresh and was expertly cooked. The egg rolls were awesome! The prices were a little steep but not out of line. Our server was our only issue. She was polite, but rushed and seemed put out when I had questions about the menu. I asked how many shrimp were on the plate and she said 6. We got 5 and was an issue because we were splitting our meals. We had to get napkins from another table, my husband asked for iced tea and I wanted water. We both got iced tea. He uses the pink stuff in his. When she took our cups for refills, she noted she would keep them separate. As my husband was re-pink stuffing his refill, I took a big drink of mine. I got the pink stuff. Really though, the food was great and the environment was devine. The outdoor seating overlooked the bay and was beautiful.

Great views of the bay + great seafood + friendly service is what makes Danny’s a 5 star place in my book. The outdoor seating is varied from table and chairs to outdoor couches, but the perfectly cooked seafood is what brings it all together. Shrimp were perfectly crispy and juicy, the seafood trio was great with juicy plump oysters, crispy and well flavored catfish. Crab claws and blue crab were both well flavored. The people also are so dang nice! Chef Danny brought out some Vietnamese style crab for us to try since we had seen him eating them. Absolutely the best place in Palacios

If you are ever in Palacio, Texas Great place to enjoy sone great Ginger Shrimp! It was delicious! The Shrimp Poorboy and Hot Wings were good too! Atmosphere was relaxing and staff was super friendly!
