Our wings barely had sauce. The pizza had way too much sauce and looked horrible. They barely filled up our red sauce cups that came with our bread sticks. My boyfriend picked up our food an hour before they closed. I understand that it was late, however, it’s ridiculous to make food this bad. Don’t order at this location if you want good quality food. Most definitely not worth the $18 and the 20% tip.

I’ve visited this establishment a few times, today I had to let the manager know that her presence and staff has turned this place around. Presentation matters, customer service matters. She greets each customer upon entering and is very polite. Her workers are also polite! If you’re reading this, I’m happy to have told you today that you’re doing am awesome job! Energy is great!

Been living in university area for a while. This was my first experience here at this location and from the moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed. I did have to wait a few minutes on my order but the manager was very kind a made sure to communicate with me the exact time I’d be waiting. No complaints for me the food was fresh and hot, thank you manager Nate and the rest of the Staff!

Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I wanna know what’s the little black boy name that work at Pizza Hut on 850 Chancellor Park Dr, Charlotte, NC 28213 with all those piercings on his face and he drive a red 300 Chrysler. Placed two orders online for pick up that was paid for and the order said it was ready at 11:50 and upon arrival LITERALLY at 11:51 the order was seen sitting on the counter with my name and he lied and said they were closed and refused to give the order and a lil after he was seen taking the exact order with him to his car. So this is what we do now Pizza hut. Your workers steal from customers?? How is this ok??? I am beyond livid!!!! This is just disgusting!!! He needs to be fired ASAP!!!! and then a manager on duty sat and watched the whole thing and not once tried to make it right!!!! Do NOT EAT FROM HERE ANYONE!!!!

Staff had no urgency to great customer or acknowledged anyone to see if we needed to place an order or here to pick up an order. Seems like no leadership is around and the place is being ran by a group of young people, with no customer service skills. I placed an order 20 minutes before arriving to the store and it wasn’t ready. The cook had not even started making the order yet. So I waited an extra 15 minutes for my order. I will not be returning to this store if I can help it.

I had stopped here to get my kids food besides going to McDonald an I am so glad I did the service I had received from Nate an miles was was so awesome they gave me out of this world service I never been to a Pizza Hut an they wasn’t nasty or rude like most other locations I would recommend this location anytime an Nate an miles keep up the great work an thanks so much for making fresh an hot pizza with a smiling face an such a positive attitude you are amazing.

I ordered an extra large pizza with a 2 liter Pepsi, gut instead they gave me a medium and a grape soda. they did mot pick up the phone when I called, and got transferred to three people that did not help me and just sent me to a survey when they claimed I would be talking to corporate. when I went to the restaurant, the manager (or whoever claimed to be that) refused to talk to me nor did he want to negotiate with me. they kept saying that they were out out the extra large pans and claimed that they no longer do extra large anymore, however customer service claimed they still serve that. they did not replace my soda, claiming they only had grape in stock. management is supposed to make sure you have enough product. I told them since it was a regular size and not an extra large to just add another on top to make up for that. they refused and kept insisting that I’m getting a refund and refused to negotiate on my order. they did not give me the right amount of change either but I was so pissed at them laughing and being disrespectful. I literally just got scammed. >:(

Wanna give a shout out to Joe and his staff at this location. Came in on New Year’s Eve during their busiest time and received excellent service. I had to have my pizza remade due to a mistake I made and they fixed it with no hesitation!
