They don’t refund!! Got 2 açaí Bowls ordered online. When I came in they said they don’t have açaí base and can give give me a different base or 2 smoothies instead. I asks for a refund and they said come back next week Monday my manager can give you. I will not drive 40 minutes for a refund. People working here don’t know how to manage or run a decent smoothie cafe. This is the second time I had a bad experience at this location. Definitely recommend another location this one is not the one.

I rarely leave reviews, but this is one of my least favorite Tropical Smoothie locations. It is close to my office, so I only go here if I am crunched for time and need a quick meal. The pick-up orders are never ready on-time (I’ve shown up on-time, 5 mins late, even up to 20 minutes late, and orders were still “in work”). This forces me to wait, which defeats the purpose of a “pick-up” order, as I usually am in a rush.
The service is lacking. They don’t provide basic needs (utensils, straws, etc). And it always kind of feels like you’re bothering them. I was hoping for a better experience given that the ladies aren’t rude, but it just isn’t good customer service.
Food preparation feels rushed, which is ironic because my orders are never ready. Maybe this isn’t the industry for this group…

Protein smoothie displayed as 24g of protein, and conveniently hidden 96g of ADDED sugar. Menu lists ingredients but they put sugar in each item unless you’re in the know and ask for without. Fruits already have natural sugar, why feel the need to mislead customers? Or at least when you put ingredients on the menu, put cane sugar

ordered a hummus veggie wrap NO onions, which is supposed to be vegetarian, but someone put chicken in it??? and also left the onions in. they also cut it so oddly which would’ve made it difficult to eat if i would’ve been able to eat it

I like Tropical smoothie as a whole but it’s really annoying when it says on the website and on the door that the establishment opens at 7am yet for the past two weeks every time I come here the lights are off and they’re not open. It’s fine if they’re not open until whatever time but set those expectations for your customers. Some of us factor the opening time into our commute and it’s a bit frustrating that you’re not on time. One day okay, but, two weeks in a row…NOT OK!

Definitely the worst Tropical Smoothie location I’ve been to.
Guy taking orders wasn’t asking anyone for names for their orders or even calling out orders. This lead to mass confusion with everyone trying to figure out who their order belonged to. Smoothies were made and left in the back, not being acknowledged or handed out until people pointed them out to the people up front.
Ended up waiting 20 minutes to get my single smoothie and quesadilla.

Asked for NO lettuce specifically in the Thai chicken wrap, had family member pick it up and come to find out they gave me lettuce anyways and it was VERY poorly packed, stuff spilling out of the wrap everywhere. Clearly this place is poorly run by staff who could care less about food preparation and handling. Avoid.

I have been sick with food poisoning for 2 days from my meal and smoothie. This was my first meal the day I ordered and just an hour after eating I began to get sick. I am an otherwise healthy young adult but I have not been able to get out of bed for 2 days. I would not wish this illness on anyone. I will never come to this location or any tropical smoothie ever again. For reference, I got a southwest breakfast wrap with chicken and a mango magic smoothie. Never again.

I normally love tropical smoothie but the customer service at this location is atrocious. Multiple times I’ve come I’ve had 10-20 minute waits standing at the register for them to even acknowledge my presence. They don’t even finish off your order or ask if you want a receipt they just walk away without a word. I only come here because it’s so close to my house but if you can avoid it I would.
