Picked up pizzas for my daughter’s 15th birthday party. Pizza is always fantastic-what I want to commend the Team at Gionino’s in Munroe Falls for doing is the following.
The person taking my order suggested to me to cut the pizzas into squares like a sheet pizza to make it easier for the kids to eat. I took his suggestion and this was a hit. I really appreciate this suggestion from Gionino’s. The food waste was minimal – overall excellent suggestion from this great pizzeria.

Update. I just experienced something I was not expecting. I got a call from the manager of the store with a very sincere apology for the experience that I had the other night. He let me know that he spoke with and mentored the employee on how what she did was not ok. His apology was heartfelt and he recognized my name because we had been such a long tern customer. This could have gone any number of ways, but the way the company managed and handled this, was the right way. We love their food and because of how this was handled. I will be back. Thank you for caring about customer service.

I have been a long time customer of this place and for many Fridays it has been our choice for pizza and wings. Tonight I went to pick up our food. I went to check out. I was faced with what I believe is an inappropriate question of a $10 tip. Tipping pickup food is a bit of a sore spot for me anyhow but tonight I chose no tip. The girl ringing me out rolled her eyes and walked away. Whatever, she was young and I did not let it bother me. Then she went to another employee and started complaining how I selected zero tip. Again kind of chuckled. Then she got my food. I said thank you and literally scowled and walked away without a word. Now please I am a big tipper when there is someone that is earning a servers wage and that person has performed great service. I have even left $100 tips for a lady at Dennys for a great job. These kids today think they deserve a tip for doing their job that they are being paid for. It is crazy that this young girl think she can shame me into tipping. I can tell you this we are going to be testing new pizza places where people are thankful and grateful for our business. Tonight I got two med pizzas and 18 wings and it was over $70.

My Wife and I are in town this weekend and wanted to give gioninos a try and let me tell you. This pizza is FANTASTIC. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. We’re from Chicago, and this pizza blew me away. The crust has an amazing chew, the toppings were fresh and the sauce was outstanding. We also got an order of buffalo boneless wings and they were phenomenal. 100/10. The team here is very kind and very quick! We will be back every time were in town!

This is a good place for pizza. Each time my wife and i have eaten here the food has been consistently good which is a bonus. The staff was also very nice and personable…The Mac and Cheese pizza was awesome too. Over-all, it’s a great local spot for good quality pizza and worth a visit if you are in the area.

Mr manager should stick to fast food. no sauce on the pizza. Ridiculous. Super cheesy. Worst pizza I ever had. Other Gioninos taste much better.. Got 2 baby drinks instead of 2 liters . Can’t make this up

I waited an hour and twenty minutes for a cold pizza. I asked the driver if it was still warm and he lied to my face telling me that it just came out of the oven. The pizza is room temperature. DO NOT ORDER FROM GIONINOS IN MONROE FALLS OHIO

All I have to say is Buckeye Wings, Buckeye Wings, BUCKEYE WINGS baby. I dream about that sweet and spicy, savory crunch. Wings cooked to perfection, and when you add an order of JoJo’s to that, Oh Boy. Now thats a dinner fit for royalty. The pizza is also just mmmmmmm. Fresh ingredients, sauce thats savory, a heaping helping of fresh Mozzarell, let me tell you the family Love’s it. Prices are a little on the higher side, but COMPLETELY WORTH IT. Highly recommend
