The steak is pretty good, only a little saltier than I prefer. I’m a huge fan of appetizers, but I’m also a bit of a food sob, and did not care for the poppers at all. It surprised me, because I was told they had good poppers, bur they tasted like cheap fast food stuff. With a group of 4, there was more than half an order of them thrown out, because nobody cared for them. The fried pickles were decent though. They have a simple menu which is great, if everything on the menu is actually great. I will be coming back, and hoping for an even better meal the next time. One suggestion for the menu would be to add something fun to share, easy to make using stuff you already have to the appetizers. Something like a loaded fries would tick those boxes.

Fantastic food with great service. Our food was a little slower coming out but they had a huge party in other room. They did a great job taking care of us in spite of that. Will definitely be going again!!

After arriving, seated promptly by the host. I ordered sweet tea which was quickly brought to my table by my server. The bread with the oil/spices were a welcome surprise to the upcoming meal I ordered. My meal consisted of the 12oz Ribeye/Med. Rare, baked potato with toppings on the side to make it a loaded baked potato and a salad. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, friendly staff. Even though, it’s a short distance from a major highway/U.S. 231, I traveled through and discovered a gem while riding through the historic district. It’s a down home quality local steakhouse that’s destined to succeed with the community of Ozark. I look forward to my next dining experience.

Y’all need to go to Woodham’s Steakhouse. We went tonight for the first time and it was fairly busy. We were seated immediately and within minutes we had our drinks and bread. The bread and oil dip was FABULOUS. We got onion rings as an appetizer, which was brought out less then 10 minutes of ordering them. They were also good, nice and crispy the way I like them. And they come with 2 different sauces (the orange sauce was my favorite) For dinner I got the grilled shrimp, green beans and salad, all were delicious. My husband got the ribeye, hush puppies and fries, he enjoyed everything as well. Our waitress, Candace was very good and on top of everything. Go give them a try!

Ozark goes through so many steak houses. I hope this one gets the support. Food, especially the shrimp was great. Service was good as well. Salad nice n fresh. Steak cooked right n was good too. The bread, omg, I could have kept eating more and more of it lol. Only thing I didn’t care for was Daisy (cow pics) on the walls as I ate my steak. Steer horns one thing, but go to the bathroom and see cute cow pics, (that we r eating).. that was a bother to me but didn’t seem to bug anyone else. Didn’t offer us desert, but did the table by us, idk what they have for it.

Have a great meal Saturday night got there around 6:00 it wasn’t too crowded highly recommend the ribeye and the filet. A waitress Candace did an excellent job. We will be returning. Absolutely love the fact that the ice house is still a staple in Ozark I remember going with my grandparents and actually getting ice from there.

The steak and catfish was fantastic. And the hush puppies were great. But the fries, and sauteed green beans left an after taste. Might have been the oil used. Don’t know.

My parents were visiting (over Christmas) for the first time, since moving down South. We all wanted steak and met my MIL and SIL at Woodhams. We were greeted quickly and started off with fried mushrooms, onion rings and they brought us their ciabatta bread (on the house). Their filet mignon was a popular choice, hamburger steak looked good too. I had a ribeye and everything was delicious and cooked to perfection! With recent reviews of D&D, it’s excellent news (and timing) to have a true 5 star (local) steakhouse, that hits the spot. Our family had a wonderful time and were beyond satisfied by their cleanliness, service and quality of food. We’ll certainly be coming back soon!
