I love dunkin, I decided to try this location for the first time since I been in the area but unfortunately this ended in disgust. I got the 6 dollar meal deal on 12/18/2025 at 8:45 am. My coffee tasted nasty and the cup was dirty. I took a couple bites of my sandwich and some parts were too burnt, as I got to the middle of the sandwich there was plastic in the middle! This is trifling.
Please do better at this location, if I can speak with management please get me in contact with them.

They mess up the coffee everytime we’ve gone , i personally don’t drink the coffee but today when my boyfriend went to get a coffee he offered to get me breakfast and I normally like the Avocado toast with bacon , they burnt it sooo bad it was ridiculous I couldn’t even eat it . Char was getting all over it was honestly just ridiculous

Save your money for a different dunkin. The woman at the drive thru was incredibly rude. My coffee was wrong, my breakfast sandwich was not toasted at all (seemed like it was microwaved) and the hash browns were soggy and had a weird odor (I get these all the time from other Dunkin’s and I’ve never smelled this before.) I will never go here again

Horrible service. Ive been coming here forever all of the sudden theres these 2 new girls that are horrible so rude mess up orders all the time didnt put any caramel drizzle in my caramel macchiato when I asked for caramel she gave me the rudest attitude and walked away from the window while i was talking so when i honked her buddy came up from the back to start arguing with me too saying u dont need to honk like that. Ive been going to this place for years but will never be back because of lanie and her friend.

Horrible service. Gotta repeat yourself multiple times and the order still comes out wrong. Staff barely know English. You would think it’s a “new” dunkin they would have things together, far from it.
Tell them light ice and they give you a whole cup of ice and some.

I’m guessing they don’t know the difference between large and medium drink. This was after I told the person face to face. I was charged for a large and given a medium. There was no receipt to prove I ordered a large other than the bill on my card later on. Will not be stopping at this DD anymore.

This is the worst Dunkin experience I’ve had so far. I asked for a Carmel macchiato. Then the lady turned around and asked what flavor did I want. I should have known then something was going to be wrong then. I get the drink and 2 miles later I take a drink absolutely no Carmel in my Carmel macchiato. Didn’t have time to go back very upset . Would have given it no stars. Wish I saw the other reviews before going there.
