Love this Popeyes! Food is always hot and accurate! They give small wings though. The spicy is actually spicy! I love it! And it’s always very clean in there. They have me hooked.
They’re sometimes slow though as it looks like only 3 people are working, they need 2 meal packagers.

Avoid at all costs. It’s the same rude workers from the old Broomall store. They take forever and either the fries or chicken is cold. Then you have to hope you get the right stuff. Out of 3 times 2 times they gave a small fries instead of the large and tried to give the small drink when I paid for large. They do it to everyone. Then the other I ordered the original sandwich only to get home and it was spicy. When you point out their mistakes the rudeness goes way up like you did it as they speak in another language to each other clearly talking about you. They even pulled all of the coupons off of the app for that location. The entire staff is extremely rude, entitled, slow, and try to give you less then what you pay for or old food that has been sitting there all day.

Absolutely bad experience. We tried this place hoping we had a good addition to the plaza. We ordered spicy chicken meal. They gave us old and dry regular chicken for our order. No phone number with anyone responsible to answer for their mistakes. Horrible experience. Suspicious plastic packaging and not a good addition.

For a newly opened restaurant, this was probably the worst experience I’ve had. The food was supposed to be “freshly fried,” yet it was still cold inside, and the portion size was noticeably smaller compared to other places.

Chicken tasted stale. Had to wait 30 minutes to receive our order. Maybe it’ll get better after the staff is finished training.

Very happy to have a Popeyes close by! We got a three piece and the classic sandwich. Both were fresh and crunchy outside, moist inside. Service was fast and friendly. Will def be back!
