Ordered the spicy soup with sliced beef. It’s hot and spicy, and has a variety of ingredients in it. There are lots of different dishes in the menu but this by far my favourite. I also had wonton noodle once, also good. Spicy duck over rice is not really to my taste.

This is the best 香辣肥肠 (spicy pork intestines) I’ve had since moving to the U.S. three years ago—it tastes just like the ones I grew up eating. If you’re looking for the typical American-Chinese sweet, sour, and oily flavors, this isn’t for you. However, if you’re ready to experience authentic 鲁菜 (Shandong cuisine), 湘菜 (Hunan cuisine), and 北京菜系 (Beijing-style cuisine), you shouldn’t miss this place. The quality is excellent, the service is fast, and the prices are very reasonable!

Flavor is adequate. I enjoy heat but this was a different type for me. Not complaining that I couldn’t take it. For me when I got closer to the bottom and this was on both dishes I thought they were too salty for my taste. Here I am trying to adjust and enjoy the flavor then you get that over sensation of sodium.

China Station is a a no nonsense Chinese style restaurant. It’s specialties are Hand Pulled Noodles, Boiled Dumplings, and Baos. The food is great and affordable. They don’t have an extensive drink menu. No air conditioning in August will be a problem for those guests that want to dine in. But the food is the Star. The staff is nice and helpful. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Most of the patrons are Asian which is always a great sign. Great for takeout. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restroom. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

It’s a hit and miss. This place used to have really good hand pulled noodle soup but then I stopped ordering that after they gave me undercooked spaghetti noodle (dine in), 3 months later, I came here again to leave it another chance, they still have me spaghetti noodle. Other dishes are decent tho. Their chili oil delicious their congee is too watery.

This place might be a little intimidating if you’re not chinese, but it’s definitely worth the trip. It’s a very casual place to eat in for lunch or grab food to-go and is particularly popular with students in the area. Portions are large and prices are reasonable. Personal recommendations include the beef noodle soup, sautéed pork noodles and general tso’s chicken (if you want something typical of American chinese).

I got the hot and spicy Shrimp bowl. It was flavorful but I personally didn’t like that the shrimp came with the head itself and you had to clean it yourself to eat it. So you are definitely getting your hands dirty here. But they have a wide selection of different Chinese food. Definitely worth visiting if you’re near the area!

Always have delicious food. I’ve been here almost 10times and every time i go there it was a good experience. Their food is very authentic and I love it. I really recommend beef tendon and spicy tofu!

Came in to order takeout. Went next door to order a drink and then came back in 5 minutes and it was done.
The food was awful and tasted like it was microwaved. I ordered sesame chicken and the sauce at the bottom was gelatinous which meant that it wasn’t cooked fresh.
Also the price was high, probably to rip off Stony Brook students.
I usually never leave negative food reviews, so it took especially terrible food for me to get to this point. You’ve been warned.
