Employees have a great attitude especially Victoria whom was very accommodating very energetic, made sure we received right order was constantly cleaning tables filling tea container, she seems like a really hard worker, I went as far as telling the manager/group leader that she was a great employee.

Used the drive through today and the service was quick and friendly. The food was prepared quickly and was very hot and fresh. We made changes to our boxes and the orders were perfect. This is a great location and we will definitely order here again!

First time being inside a raising canes restaurant and I must say that is was one of the best looking places I walked in. The employees were friendly. I ended up getting the big box and I wanted to get some more. The food was on point. They made it so fast with me requesting freshly made fries and chicken. Customers kept on coming in left and right. I didn’t now how busy this place could get. I give this place a five star. Just look at some of the pictures I took. I will be going there the next time I’m in the area. I love me some chicken.

Update: November 2nd 2024… contacted corporate the day i posted the review. With pictures of the chicken and information . They responded a couple hours later asking for the receipt.. still to this day have not heard from them.

Great food, quick drive thru service, conveniently located. Not far off Illinois 55, our chicken was tender and tasty! Worth the stop!

Stopped by this restaurant for dinner after a trip to Chicago. It was conveniently located just off of Interstate 55 so it was easy to get off the road and get back on it after our order. The drive-thru ordering was quick and easy, we ordered and had our food in a matter of minutes. The chicken, fries, and bread were all hot and tasted fresh.
I deducted a star because they did forget some of the items we ordered and we had to go in and get those from the staff so it delayed us getting back on the road. Other than that, I had no issues with my visit.
