That’s just how we roll. At our Hot Bar, you’re the boss of the sauce. Add a hint of heat, a touch of sweet, or douse your dish with a five-alarm fire. Our Hot Bar is loaded with an assortment of tangy, smoky, sweet, and spicy sauces. Tijuana Flats’ entrées include burritos, burrito bowls, chimichangas, dos tacos, flautas, fresh salads, nachos, and quesadillas. Guests have their choice of tortilla with flour and wheat, as well as hard and soft corn with tacos.

Not what it used to be. When we walked in there was barely anyone inside, most orders were carry out. It’s a depressing mood and the surrounding area isn’t inviting. The service was pretty good. Chips came out immediately but took a little longer for the Main entrees.
The food itself is good, but not great. The queso was the best thing on the menu, and the flautas were pretty good. I wouldn’t say the same thing for anything else though. Overall, I don’t recommend unless you want a sad dining experience.

A little pricey for the amount of food received. Also didn’t feel they help customers get the most for their money. I informed the cashier we had never eaten here before when she asked if I knew about their taco special. I ordered chips and queso for myself & 2 small children, it would have been nice to know that every meal came chips so it would be more cost effective to just order a side of queso. Also guest should be informed that sour cream doesn’t come with a quesadilla, it is an additional $2. Kids chicken nuggets don’t come with dipping sauce, that is also an additional charge. Their kids menu isn’t even on their menu board in the restaurant. The kids chicken nuggets were extremely hard, they felt like they had been recooked a few times.
The atmosphere was not the greatest. It was kinda blah & the pictures are pretty disturbing. It was in the 50’s outside and they had on the air along with fans to make it even worse.
I could have went to an actual sit down Mexican restaurant and spent just as much to get better food and a more inviting atmosphere.
Needless to say, we won’t be returning. We were not impressed at all.

Love this place, we always come for the Thursday special, bowl chips and drink for 9 bucks. Can’t beat it. Atmosphere is fun and the food and service is excellent. Chloe at the register is great, she’s very nice and always greets with a smile. Definitely recommend checking this place out, it’s dope.

To say T Flats in Lakeland is five star is almost disrespectful. They are a ten star establishment all day long. Courteous staff, quick service and great food. Not to mention how brutally handsome the manager is. Will visit again.

It’s changed a lot. 2 of us went for lunch. Street tacos which are the real small ones, a salad bowl and 2 drinks was over $28. Food was pretty good except flavorless chips with no dip or anything for them. I won’t go back. Fuzzy’s has much better deals early afternoon.

This is one of the busiest and best TJ Flats I have ever visited!! The place was packed, but clean and the employees were super friendly and helpful. Outdoor seating was great with the cool weather we were having, so we really enjoyed everything about our visit. Bring back Mongo sauce and you get 5 stars!!

Went on 11/18/25 after work to pick up dinner. The staff is always friendly so no issues there. I ordered a Mexican pizza to try for the first time and it was wayyyyyy too salty. I had the chips on the side which were the perfect level of salt and the cookie dough flautas which are always good. But yeah the MP I am not sure what happened. Hopefully this hasn’t happened to others.
