New ownership is showing improvement. My last trip here i had no plans on returning. Since the store looks to have had a much needed cleaning. Staff was friendly and working better to take care of customers. The food presentation was also better. It’s still little caesars food so it’s not top tier food but it’s still affordable and good in a pinch. Don’t know about other L.C but this one doesn’t stock hot and ready. My ultimate review would be to give them another try under there new leadership.

These are the breadsticks they gave me- all were like this. I paid for maybe half an order!
They use DoorDash. DoorDash driver did not move from his place for at least 15 minutes. My order was 30 minutes late and cold. Just pick up your food- don’t take advantage of the free delivery promotion. It just ruins the food and experience.

Update 12/26/2024: We ordered a supreme pizza which did not have all the ingredients it supposed to have instead the meat they put more spicy pepperoni so the flavor was absolutely unbalanced and the crust was chewy hard to bite and the flavor not even close as it was. This is the worst pizza ever purchased there. The cheese bread was so heavy, not soft, the dough was too thick and the cheese was over broiled, the garlic parmesan wings had so little of the sauce that barely you can tell what flavor it was…For me this is the worst experience in a Little Caesars place.

This location is permanently closed. For some reason Google maps won’t accept my suggestion that it is closed permanently. There is a sign on the door that says it is permanently closed.

Perhaps you should try to increase sales and profitability by improving? It’s not what a boss does, when everything is right that matters. A fool can do that. It’s the proactive and responsive actions to problems that makes a great and profitable leader.

Absolutely a shame what this local Ceasars has become, a once thriving and punctual quick service has become less than a shadow of it’s former self. Who ever manages this specific Little Ceasars clearly doesn’t know how to run a crew and keep them. Terrible customer service, Terrible wait times, and more often than not the food is either under cooked, sloppily made or plane out not what you order. Use to enjoy coming here for a quick cheap pizza as a kid, now I’d rather pop a Red Barron in the oven for less money and less time. Get it together.

Even though we waited over an hour in the parking lot for our pizza and had to ask the guy what was going on when he brought pizza out to the thrid car that arrived after us or we probably wouldn’t have received our pizza at all. He felt really bad and was very apologetic, I do believe it was an honest mistake. Now the best part was the huge pizza came made exactly as we ordered. It was huge and I ate lunch the next day and gave two pieces to a friend also. The pizza was cooked perfectly it was absolutely the best fast food pizza I have EVER had. The pizza was less than $10 even though it was a special order with my toppings on half and my friends on the other. It came to $8.36 if I remember correctly. I know that there is only one place I will be getting my pizza from in the future! Can you guess where?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in around 7pm and the entire waiting room was full of people with nobody at the register. There are three people working and the one guy is very very slowly meandering around the kitchen area. He blatantly ignored other customers trying to get his attention. Saw two or three people just give up and walk out to take their money elsewhere. Two kids said they were waiting for 25 minutes and still hadn’t had their order taken.
Trash all over the floor in the kitchen. Absolutely zero organization, no sense of urgency, no motivation. Where was the manager to keep the ship running? This was the most pathetic lack of customer service I have ever seen and I blame the manager. Your team is a reflection of your leadership.

I’ll give a place a chance or two because no one is perfect. But this is the third time in a row that they have gotten my order wrong and I’m over it. The pizza I received was hot and fresh but it’s not what I ordered. Three times I’ve tried to order this pretzel pizza and have never received it correctly. If you order something else like a regular pepperoni it’s great, but the lack of service on anything other than a basic pizza is a bit ridiculous.
