The food was good, however we were not greeted when we came in and instead felt awkwardly stared at. When we arrived around 8:30 p.m, all of the chairs were already up. I asked if dine-in was still open, and while the staff member said yes, no effort was made to take down chairs for us. We ended up sitting at a small kids booth. I completely understand wanting to get a head start on closing, but beginning those tasks so early makes customers feel unwelcome, especially since Tropical Smoothie doesn’t close until 10 p.m on weekdays.

Im new in town and a vegan so not many options for me, but one thing I have been looking forward to is a good smoothie and avocado toast ( I have really grown to love). Today I order my usual and my flatbread toast, priced at $5.49, I get like a taco with a glaze of avocado in between. So I show the young lady and she says let me correct that and tells the young man in the back that is preparing the food. He says what’s the difference and sighs loudly then I get another supposedly and it’s just flattened out cut with still have the avocado then usual and some extra seasoning to cover up. Really disappointing I thought I had a great daily sunrise date place for my wife and I. I guess we’ll try healthy hut out for a go to place in the am

Stopped in at 9:07 and ordered the smoothies we needed. Then I went to order food and they told me they had already turned off their ovens and presses. Then why are you open to 10 ? She said they could still make it but it would be cold. What ? No thanks. We didnt get anything. Here is an idea for the owner , either close at 9 or cook until 10. Been here many times. I can tell you this. I won’t bother getting off 167 and going out of my way to come here again.

Friendly staff. I only ordered the breakfast burrito and Mango/tumeric smoothie but it was well priced and delicious. Staff is friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating. A little tricky to find from Main street.
