They use clean oil and the Manager was very friendly and re-cooked my food because I asked for everything to be well done and my chicken seemed to be under cooked and my fries were also mushy. When I went in and showed them they re made my food and the second time was better.

The food was NASTY MY CHICKEN FINGERS WERE HARD AS A BRICK LIKE THEY HAD BEEN REDROPPED IN GREASE
Barely had any fries on my plate.We spent $29 there and when we left there we were still hungry all of the tables needed to be wiped like people had been there and left
Barely any fries were put on our plates like we are at daycare and just got given something
Employees were LOUD LIKE they were at a disco party
Just overall POOR FOOD QUALITY AND BAD SERVICE CANES CAN DO BETTER

This was the first time I had ever tried Raising Canes we have one several miles from me in Florida but had never gone. This place is great such good food!! Service was ok girl behind counter had a bit of a bad attitude but someone else came up and was great very friendly and helpful. She saved it for them!!

Me and my boyfriend ordered a caniac combo for us to share with no Coleslaw, extra fries, and an extra canes sauce. I opened to the box to see no extra fries, no extra sauce, and a coleslaw staring at my face. Checked the receipt and noticed we were charged for extra fries, but we did not receive them. And we were also charged for a coleslaw that we didn’t want or ask for. In fact, we explicitly said NO coleslaw. It’s just very aggravating to pay that much money for a tiny bit of soggy, barely salted fries, not crispy chicken, coleslaw we said we did NOT want, and not enough food for me and my boyfriend to share. Baton Rouge’s canes are better.
