I placed an order via the mobile application close to 2 hours in advance to avoid the traffic due to the game. I arrived to the store and to my surprise my order was not ready. This store was not ready for the game. Under staffed and under prepared. Next time there’s a game get more people to work the store. If no one is available to help have your area manager start helping with the line. Avoid this location at all costs.

I live in a senior citizens community and last night we were watching the playoff games with the Bears and order the pizza through the Larkin Avenue Papa John’s. Our pizza was supposed to have been delivered by 7:23 at 8:00 we were calling to find out where the pizza was and they told me that they didn’t even have an order for us. Then we called doordash because we were having them deliver it and she said well I’m here waiting for the order. We called back to Papa John’s and said that our delivery person was sitting there waiting and he said oh well she’s just now picking up your order this was at 8:25 that is 1 hour past the time that our pizza was supposed to be delivered. Then they come with a pizza we ordered two large pizzas cheese and sausage what we got were two small pizzas half sausage and half just cheese I called the place back and told them that we were not going to pay for this and that they better give us a refund on our bill. The piece didn’t even taste good it tasted like old stale crust hardly no sauce on it it was horrible would I recommend Papa John’s to anybody not in my lifetime and my lifetime has been pretty long and I don’t plan on going away yet but I will not refer Papa John’s to anybody.!!!!!!

Wild that this place even has 3 stars.
Ordered 2 and a half hours in advance to make sure my order would be ready on-time.
Called when I was leaving 30 minutes before arriving to make sure they had the order and to make sure it would be ready on time.
When I show up, they hadn’t even started making it. Have to wait 20 minutes in-store and get back to my Super Bowl Party 20 minutes late.
Hard to imagine how you can run a location so poorly.

Horrible. Dont go here. Its all younger people working here and your order is hardly right and you will wait forever even if you pre order .I ordered 2 pizzas one with just pepperoni and one with sausage and bacon. Both under cooked and all the ingredients were more towards the center and more crust then pizza. And flimsy you can’t take a bite without holding the whole slice with 2 hands not crispy at all. I went here because my son wanted it but I will never go to papa John’s again especially this location. The manager had her kid working there .

Really not recommending this place.
1st time I ordered pizza with no cut but they cut it,
2ed time i order with no cut but they did that again.
Conclusion, after making same mistake 2 time i will not order the pizza by mistake again.

It is a hit or miss. If the kids are cooking, it sucks. If the adults are cooking and supervising, the pizza is amazing.
But the breadsticks never fail , they are so good.
I still like it, something about their crust keeps me coming back.
Can you please train the kids better? Or tell them to take this seriously, come on, work ethic kids! WORK ethic. 🙂

I found three separate hairs (black, blonde, and black/white) in my pizza. This is a serious hygiene issue and very disappointing. Call the place and did absolutely nothing to help.

Bad experience wings don’t look good at all not enough sauce don’t even taste good not recommended I was a little late to pick up my order and they had my pizza on the front counter and when I has a slice my pizza was cold already cold.. not recommended!!!!!
