I was very unsatisfied with my visit to Bubbakoos. I’ve been before and wasn’t a fan, but decided to give them another try.
I know I came late about 40 minutes before they close, but the workers acted like they didn’t want to help me, and watched me at the front for 2 minutes.
On top of this, my burrito was cold and had no flavor. I was very unsatisfied with my visit and I won’t be back.

If you get a chance to stop by this place… DO IT! My fiancé and I stopped for food on the way up to Rochester from Long Island, we will 100% be stopping again on the way back to LI. 10x better than chipotle and Moes combined! So much flavor, different options, and cool creations!
I ordered the Honey Siracha Chicken burrito and replace the fajita veggies with the pineapple salsa and cilantro from the Pineapple Express burrito. What a flavor blast and spice! So tasty I started dancing and closed my eyes. I will say the white rice was very bland and should be seasoned. I threw away the bottom part of my burrito that was just rice. Waste of calories for flavorless rice.
My fiancé got a build your own bowl with barbacoa!! Sooo good!!!!
Can’t wait to go again and try another creation!

Of all the burrito chains, I love Bubbakoos. Simply put, they have the widest selection and so much more flavor. Mexican food should have zip. Can’t just be Americanized. And for the location in Parsippany Ms. Dina. and Ms. Sara are SUPERB. Always warm and welcoming. Friendly. They are great. As well as the staff.

Have never been here before and it was above expectations. I lived in California for a few years and have a bit of a high bar for taco joints so this was not that, but it beats the pants off of the other chains offering Tex-Mex style of foods. The restaurant was very clean, the TVs were not too loud and were playing cool sports videos. The nice people smiled and offered helpful suggestions as I had never been there before. The steak burrito bowl I ordered had the meat placed in the hot griddle right as I ordered it! The sauce was delicious and had tons of flavor. The burrito I got for my kid split was massive and tightly rolled. This is usually my complaint at other chain restaurants in this flavor profile, a loose burrito is a sad burrito.
My only bummer was the app was super difficult to register and use so I didn’t get the free chips n cheese dip. Maybe next time.

I must say, I was told about this place popping up in Bayonne, I was happy to see one in my many travels in Parsippany! The Customer Experience and Service are out of this world. As is the FOOD! I ordered an A1 Steak Burrito Bowl the ingredients are top notch and super fresh! They have one of the best Mango Habanero sauces I’ve tasted in a long long time, they found the perfect mix of “SweetHEAT” if you’re ever in the area, don’t hesitate to check out BubbaKoo’s Burritos!

I’ve ordered Bubbakoo’s tons of times, and I love their food, very similar to chipotle in the sense of it being a build your own type place, but it’s less expensive and in my opinion it’s better. They have much better selection of protein and sauces.

The service was horrible, staff was impatient because I was taking time placing my veggies order.

HARD PASS! Nothing authentic about this Mexican “inspired” restaurant. I ordered the beef tacos, nope! Zero flavor with chopped tomatoes and green peppers in an oversized store bought flour tortilla. My husband had the Nashville burrito, again, zero flavor. The staff was nice but the food could use some authentic flavor.
