We have been regular customers of this specific location since April 2022 (when we moved here). About 6 months ago, we began experiencing consistent issues when ordering: late orders, missing items, wrong items, etc.
Tonight, we were told our order would take 45-55 minutes to be delivered. It took 75. Our soda was expired, we were missing food, and the food we did receive was made incorrectly. The cherry on top was that it was cold when it did show up.
Mistakes happen, places get busy, and staff call in. I get it. But this is a very consistent issue now and we have taken the time to call with kind and honest feedback every time. No improvements have taken place so we will be pivoting to alternative pizza places from now on.

Absolutely amazing service from a nice young lady at the window. Needs walk-in pickup option, but otherwise great over the phone and waiting for some delicious and fresh pizza. Great value, especially for pick up!

I’ve lived in a few states and never heard of Mazzios until coming to Oklahoma. While the pizza doesn’t blow me away it is still a significant step above the national chains. 5 stars for serving a solid pizza.
You’ll find yourself spending a hefty sum for specialty pizza but if you are satisfied with a good old fashioned pepperoni or cheese pizza, at the time of writing, you can order a size large “pricebuster” for 6.99 which is a screaming deal. Especially when you compare that price to a national chain that offers a pizza that is hot and ready, ordering ahead for a price buster will be a far better quality pie.

Went in on Christmas day to get my pizza, they said it was a wait but got my pizza faster than I thought. Good and nice folks too.

Well I ordered online and let me say it again ONLINE and still got my order wrong. No way to fix the order due to number to call the actual store and the driver (older guy in a Toyota didn’t even have a receipt to give me but I have my email so I’m out of 25.00 bucks along with the tip for cheese sticks and dry and crunchy traditional wings, instead of ultimate cheese dippers and fresh made chicken wings. it even says it on my online order. How difficult is it to read at Mazzios. I will be calling first thing in the morning for a full refund and I will be posting this awful experience on FB. Do not think about calling mazzios it hasn’t been the same since Ken passed. Crappy management turns gold to rust. People pay for service and food to have the order made correctly and not be given an ultimatum to contact mazzios so they can take your money and say give us another try. Why not call the customer who posted the review. By the order number 132 admiral and Harvard location sucks big time. I do believe it’s time to rethink this location existence for business

Food was okay, the employee was extremely rude. Opened the window and gave me a dirty look then slammed the window and put the bar in and walked off for like 20 minutes.

The managers here always want to serve their customers with great food and welcoming service. Note: DRIVE-THRU ONLY. Other than that, you probably pick up pizza any faster in North Tulsa.
