Ordered on the app at lunch time before showing up. Pulled into a mobile order pickup stall and told the app I arrived. Waited for 30 minutes for my burger, fries, and coke. Total joke, save your time and money go anywhere else

The girl at the window has been rude all day. She has a serious attitude problem. She brought my food out and was very rude and a smartass. I will never come back when she’s working. This makes the 4th time of her rudeness. She needs to take anger management classes. Everyone complains about her. She has black hair skinny and wears glasses. Get rid of her before you lose more customers. She’s the only one they complain about. She needs an attitude adjustment.

I love sonics cheddar peppers and the cherry limeade. I go there just for these 2 items. Not big on their smashburgers . I do recommend sonic in jasper.

I have never had this comical of an experience getting fast food in my life. They managed to get our order wrong on THREE separate occasions. Third time’s a charm right? WRONG!
We got endless tots, lots of mystery food, and left this being changed for a lifetime. The one thing that makes up for this experience is the laughs we had when we kept finding new issues with our food. Truly a story we will be sharing forever.

This place is the longest wait IVE EVER been to. 25 minutes. 1 car ahead of us at the drive thru. Got 2 drinks and pepper poppers. 25 minutes!!

I don’t normally order food because it is always sub par. I get drinks specifically through the app to receive the 1/2 off discount which are always good. Ordered ahead food for my daughter and I and was disappointed again. All of our food was cold. Cheese wasn’t melted on our burgers and the pickle fries were inedible. Pretty dissatisfied that I spent $3 on pickle fries that were so gross we threw them away. We live 3 min away so I don’t know why the food was cold. Won’t be ordering food again.

Fries were dark brown from dirty fryer oil. The oreo sonic blast barely contained any oreo at all. The chicken sandwich and the mozzarella sticks were also inedible from dirty fryer oil. When I complained and showed photos of food I was offered a coupon for free fries or tots and sonic blast WITH a purchase. I told them we never plan on eating there again.

This is so disappointing. You guys started off so well. The picture is of what was put into my order. I wish I could say this was the first time but it’s the 3rd time my onion rings have been cold and in pieces. Guys please do better. Put in the same effort you started with.
