This is the absolute worst Chipotle. I have ordered here twice now in the past 7 days. Both times for delivery. Both times my order is wrong. I’m just ordering one bowl and they can’t get it right. It’s like they make you whatever they want instead of what you ask for. Delivery cost extra money and they don’t care to get the order cortect. I paid $30 for one bowl! In the photos you’ll see what I ordered vs what I got. It’s drowning in some white sauce that taste like spicy lime and no corn salsa to be found. The peppers are raw and enormous. The rice is hard. It’s inedible. Last week I put in the same order and it was drowning in tomato salsa, which as you can see is not what I ordered. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Ordered a catered lunch for a client. Nearly $200 and all they sent was rice and meat. Literally no sour cream, no cheese, no guac, no salsas. None of that. And all of it was ordered. I could understand missing one item but how do you forget multiple essential items to build your own bowls.
Awful experience and you’d think I’d have a resolution within hours but nope still waiting.
Never will cater from here again and likely never Chipotle again.

Employees seem very annoyed at customers. No greetings whatsoever. Orders stacking up. I understand it’s busy, but at least show that you enjoy your job. If not – find some other place to work. Not the Chipotle experience I’m use to. MOE’s will get my order in the future.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, the entire time I just patiently stared at my order which was sitting nicely packaged on the counter. It’s was pretty upsetting… but not as upsetting as it was to see the cashier spend those 15 minutes putting her hands down her pants, front… back… and on he side, YES, down her pants. I sure hope she was the one that prepped my meal, hopefully I didn’t get charged for extra flavor…

The female associate working on 08/09/23 shortly after 5:00 PM was ill-mannered, discourteous, and lacked the ability to provide customer service. She forgot to give me my drink while in drive thru, which was not a problem, but her response when I asked for it was absurd. It was as if I inconvenienced her, when it was her responsibility for fulfill the orders properly. When I did receive my drink, it was shoved into my hand and the drive thru window was slammed. Did I mention my food was LATE?! AND I found a hair on a chip in the bottom of my child’s chip bag!? Needless to say I won’t be back to this location.

Had a craving and remembered this Chipotle was open so I made a delivery order for myself, my roommate and my 3 kids. The food arrived quickly and everything was good temperature, but all 3 of the kids’ meals had something wrong! One got steak instead of chicken, one got black beans instead of pinto, and one didn’t get his quesadilla at all.
I called the store and the night manager (I’m sorry I forgot her name already) quickly offered a couple of solutions (refund or remake). I asked for a remake, honestly expecting just to get my kids’ meals redone.
They remade the WHOLE ORDER which is just fantastic and totally a surprise. Second order was correct and kids were happy. Above and beyond, thank you!
