Got here a little before they opened and they were kind enough to let my daughter and i hang out until they opened. I have had several poke bowls from other places and have given up on liking them but i gave it one more try and have to say the aloha bowl was amazing. Then we tried the shaved ice and both were really good and would be perfect after a hot day at a park here in orlando so can come here just for that. You won’t regret it.

Neat combination restaurant of Hawaiian and Asian cuisine.

Staff was extremely friendly and the decor of the place is very modern and nice.

Their poke bowls were quite tasty, everything was seasoned well and very fresh. Only critique was the portion of the poke was a little smaller than expected. For $16 a poke bowl I would expect a decent amount/scoop of poke.
Flavor is spot on for both poke and the Hand rolls.

I enjoyed my experience here, and if I was in the mood for something sweet, I would definitely consider keep this place to be on my list. The have shave ice and Taiyaki with icecream.

They are brand new, so there will be some growing pains. I hope they succeed and continue to do well!

Give them a shot and check them out!

I love love loved the shaved ice :p we tried the matcha one and it was very good, not overly sweet! The workers were very nice and even checked up on us while we were eating. The spicy tuna crispy rice was also very good! We didn’t try any of the poke bowls when we went so can’t speak on that but may try next time we go 🙂

If there was an option to rate this 3.5, I would. I was excited a new restaurant opened in this plaza because I love the places here, such as Happy Lemon and Coldstone. And even a new mochi donut and korean hotdog is opening soon. I’d say the biggest upside of this restaurant is being in this location. It’s a nice place to grab food and also get some boba or ice cream at the other places I mentioned and just vibe with your friends or family. But their food and pricing could be better.

They dont have a lot of ways to customize the bowls here. There’s not many options or a wide variety of toppings compared to other poke places, which I think makes them hard to stand out considering there are other poke places that are around the same price range but offer way more.

Handroll Spicy Salmon (5 out of 5) – I love onigiri, and this reminds me of it. It’s not like a temaki, which is the traditional japanese handroll. It’s more like a taco style. Simple but very good.

Torpedo Shrimp Bowl (3/3.5 out of 5)- Tempura was nice and crispy. I do think this is a very simple bowl. I wish it came with more things. It only really came with a seaweed salad. And it’s almost 16 dollars. I could get more variety from a different poke place.

Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna (3/3.5 out of 5) – Very simple. The flavor was also lacking. I love the crispy texture, but if you dont like things stuck to your teeth, this isn’t the food for you. It’s kind of hard to eat. I wish it was a little thinner. I think this is a great idea, but probably need to tweak the recipe.

The interior of this place is nice. It’s small and only like 5 tables. Its bright and clean design. I wouldn’t say it’s the best poke place I’ve been. The people were nice and friendly. I’d still give it another shot sometime. But if you’re looking for a good place for poke and want more variety or sauce portions, this isn’t the place for you. I do think they have potential, so i hope they change some things in the future.

The staff was very friendly still doing some training but it didn’t impede ordering

The cold bowl was good quality but seems smaller in comparison to other poke bowls nearby in the same price range. The fish quality was very good though and they were in nice big chunks but I wish they had more veggie toppings.

The katsu bowl was very okay – I should have asked more questions but I had expected a panko breaded filet like most chicken katsu but it did not taste or have the texture of a panko crumb and seemed like very generic breaded chicken. The rice was over seasoned with vinegar for my taste and after finishing the chicken I didn’t really want more of the bowl.

We tried the tuna crispy rice and the avocado – the avocado seemed premade or premashed from a package vs fresh avocado but wasnt necessarily bad. Just something to note if you have a preference. The tuna was tastier. I thought the rice again was a bit too vinegar but that might be my personal preference.

the dessert!
Definitely saved the meal – none of the bowls were ‘bad’ but the dessert was better

We had the speciality mango which is blended ice with icecream as well as the pale mountain shaved ice both were good but the shaved ice was better. The lychee was very good and did not have a artificial aftertaste some lychee syrups have and the lychee stars and taro sauce was so delicious would go back for dessert.

I would be back for the poke bowl, it’s fresh, yummy and filling. But the crispy rice is not great at all. The rice itself was very bland and unseasoned, so was the salmon and I didn’t taste any ‘citrus’. I also had to go back to ask for soy sauce, wasabi even though my order was for takeout. It should be included in the bag.

Loved their shaved ice and they have a selection of light eats, poke bowls, rolls and ice cream. Great place if you are looking for something not so heavy or too sweet.

Came for shaved ice from the airport area. It was cool that evening, so I got the mixed ice cream in a cup. Very nice young lady took my order. Waited a very long time for a very tiny half filled cup of $$$ ice cream that didn’t have all of the mix ins, (missing brownie, kit Kat, fizzy candy) as stated on the menu. My daughter ordered the same thing and it was the same. So…maybe I will give it another try for the savory dishes..but will not rush to do so. Hopefully it will be better. This was almost $7.

Compared to some photos I’ve seen in other people’s reviews, I would say that what I received looks a bit sad. Probably the smallest poke bowl I’ve had, not much fish, and too many onions/cucumber. My ribbon ice was even sadder, small and pretty boring.

Very well done! Food is delicious, executed perfectly and great atmosphere. Portion size may be a little light if you’re super hungry but what we got tasted good!
