Have stopped here a number of times , have used the drive through & ate inside both . The food is always good & friendly employees. I have no complaints . The last time I was there I went through the drive through.

The front sign was not lit making wonder if the place was even open and this was before 8pm on a weekday. The parking lot itself was poorly lit. When I went inside, there was no acknowledgment from the staff and I stood awkwardly waiting in front of the register while three guys and one girl ran around. Finally the guy who appears to be the manager finally addresses me. I let him know that it was a mobile pick up order. The guy with short greasy black hair kept touching his hair putting it behind his ears constantly while making Blizzards and other ice cream related desserts. I finally received my Blizzard. I stood there for another 10 minutes waiting on my fries while I was being ignored. I saw them take the fries out of the oil to cool down still nothing. I finally talked to the curly head guy and he finally got the fries. What is considered fast food took at least 20 minutes+ just for regular fries and a Blizzard. The flooring and walls were dingy and the entire place was poorly lit inside. The most rundown dirty Dairy Queen I have been to and definitely will not be back! The staff cared less about the customers from their nonexistent attention and poor customer service. The food was awful and had to throw it away! Just a very gross place! I do not recommend!

Horrible service, the first time they took the ice cream from a fridge and was melted two of them, then gave it to us, and now hair in one of our ice cream and it’s the lady with blonde hair and tattoo.

Literal slowest place in the world. Sit almost an hour in the drive through for an ice cream cone. If there’s cars already there or people inside. Might as well not even stop.

I went there on Tuesday this week and had some great burgers! They did a great job! I did not tip them, but should have. $7.00 extra dollars was added separately to my charge without my consent! I would normally have this taken off, but the food was great. Probably won’t go back again now!

This was an interesting experience. We waited 15 minutes for chicken strips and fries. It was clear this location was not understaffed (8 employees), but there was a definite disconnect between making the food and delivering the food to the appropriate party. For instance, there were many times that a blizzard or cone was created and went straight into the freezer, rather than to the party standing waiting in the entrance. The customer had to ask if the ice cream in the freezer was theirs because of the wait … It was.
The owner/manager should do a Lean analysis to review processes. Everyone seemed busy and hard working…. but confused.

The ice cream is great, the service is fast, the employees are friendly. The fried sides (especially the onion rings) tend to be way overcooked though, so I don’t recommend ordering them. The restroom is always dirty too, and didn’t have a lock on the door last time, so you should probably avoid it.

Waited over 35 mins to get ice cream. It seems like this is an issue every time I have gone there even with 2-3 people in the drive thru. I understand it’s hard to get people to work but still shouldn’t take this long. I would recommend in smaller towns like this to make the drive thru ice cream only.

Have recently purchased multiple blizzards here that haven’t been mixed. The entire bottom half of the blizzards have just been straight vanilla ice cream. Waste of money.
Edit: things seem to have turned around. I have gone back a few times and it has been really great!!
