This was a great little gem. Popped in for a bit on a Saturday evening. The beer on tap was limited but cold, Avalanche is smooth on tap! The Blanco queso was legit- mixed with their fries is fantastic! French dip was good and the fish and chips were very good. Great little discovery!!

Great service (Emily). Food was delivered quickly. We had 2 dishes: the Catalina sandwich was good but the cod plate was sub par. Small, flat fish portions and was over fried and dry. Clean bathroom. Located walking distance from the Broncos stadium.

I ate here this past summer with my bestie before we visited Meow Wolf, which was located right up the street. The food was very good. However, the queso was just average. If you want to get an appetizer I would suggest trying a different one. The service was really great. I also loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. I would recommend, especially if you are visiting any of the nearby museums.

Probably a real hoot during Broncos games but pretty slow otherwise.

My steak tips were ok, didn’t love the sauce. Kind of got a bit of a dive bar/sticky table feel, and surprisingly no local sports memorabilia in the place.

Staff was super friendly and nice, and the atmosphere was fun with plenty of TVs for sports viewing.

Flew in for a wedding. Found a great little sports bar. The turkey turned was outstanding. The atmosphere was old-time bar feel. Loved it.

Absolutely terrible experience. The wait staff were rude and constantly shoving their way through customers. We politely asked one waitress to move through the crowd respectfully, and instead she called security on us. The situation got so out of hand that the cop had to pull her aside and let her know she was in the wrong. She was clearly drinking on the job and not managing herself professionally. The bartenders were just as unprofessional, calling security without explaining what was going on and making false accusations. I’ve been to plenty of sports bars, and this was by far the worst service I’ve ever seen. Avoid this place at all costs.

Where do I start? We came in town for the Jags and Broncos game. And met some bronco fans who brought us to this bar. It was after the game and so the place was packed. We had just walked in and made our way outside towards the back bar. We spoke to people, discussing the game and a bronco fan next to us started whistling loud (mind you it was already loud because it was after a game). The bartender, Tammy, completely lost it and stated yelling to stop whistling and how it was annoying. I, not apart of that situation, turned to my fiancé and started talking to him and Tammy came from behind the bar and snatched a cup out of my hand yelling I was done. I hadn’t even been in the bar long nor did I buy anything while there. My fiancé asked her what did I do and of course he was ignored. The police was there and came and asked me to come outside to talk because it was loud. I agreed. On the way out so many people were trying to explain to the cops we did nothing wrong and the bartender was completely out of pocket. Once outside the situation escalated. I explained what happened and the police said they didn’t know what happened they were just trying to calm the situation. I asked the police to talk to the manager and the cop said he’d already asked for her and manager said she did not want to talk to me. After about 30 minutes outside with the police, demanding for the bartenders name, multiple witnesses (locals) coming to explain we did nothing wrong and then me requesting for a police supervisor to press charges on the bartender (which honestly the police also caused more issues as well such as refusing to have a sergeant come out to speak with me but that’s in my complaint with their department) the manager finally came outside and said that she was busy inside that’s why she didn’t come out sooner. I realized nothing was going to come from talking to her so I continued to talk to police and then was finally told a sergeant would come out and talk to me. When the police sergeant finally showed she walked inside and spoke to whoever and came outside asking what male I was with because she was told he was the aggressor per the 3 witnesses she spoke to inside the bar. I asked how she could arrive on scene and go talk to anyone without talking with me and I requested for her. After another 30 minutes of bs with the sergeant and the countless story changes she switched and said I was the one the staff said was the aggressor. I asked to press charges and was told I could but if I chose too I would be ticketed for disturbing the peace. All in all, the bartender and manager were beyond unprofessional maybe even racist. Even after the guy who whistled explained to the staff and the police he was the one who caused the problem and we had nothing to do with the situation, nothing was done. Not sure if Tammy is mentally unstable, a racist, or just salty because the Jaguars ended the broncos 11 game winning streak but customer service is probably not the field she should be in. But hey I get it, I’d probably be mad as well if I were a 50yr old Caucasian woman in America with endless opportunities and privileges but only amounted to being a bartender in a crappy bar like this. Great bar food. Super close to stadium. Stop in for happy hour specials. The Original Brooklyn’s is a clean and classic restaurant bar. Giant onion rings, authentic cheese curds.

Great for if your hungry before/after meowolf, as it’s less than a 10 minute walk away. Me and my friend came in and we are optimal targets for poor service but both waiters were extremely nice. And the food is delicious.
