Today was my first time going to this place, there was two orders ahead of my order. Each order is made fresh when the customer comes in, not like other sandwich shop where they make the sandwich as soon as it’s called in. There’s a big difference of a sandwich made fresh and a sandwich that sits for awhile. The employee has a great attitude, the owner came in and he was polite and easy to talk to.
The atmosphere is perfect, the music is just right, the seats and tables are clean and so is the toilet area.

I had a great experience at Sourdough & Co, even when things didn’t go quite as planned. I came in yesterday and my sandwich order was accidentally messed up—but the staff went above and beyond to make it right by offering me a free replacement. Their customer service was excellent, not just that day but every time I’ve visited. The team is always friendly, welcoming, and professional.
Most of the time, my orders are spot on and the sandwiches are consistently fresh and delicious. I really have to give them extra credit for how well they handled the issue this time—it made me feel valued as a customer. The store is always very clean as well! I’ll definitely keep coming back! (Also to add, I like my sandwiches saucy so yes it is messy but finger lickin’ good!! )

The service here was great, fast and friendly. The food was rather typical, definitely nothing exciting. Unfortunately they were out of so much it was kinda crazy… Out of salami, turkey and Roast beef, for we also out of Clam Chowder and coleslaw. Lol I stopped asking.
The Brisket sandwich was pretty tasty though and the guy behind the counter pretty nice given he had tell everyone all the stuff they were out of . It was very clean and quiet.

I tried the veggie sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The bread was phenomenal—fresh, soft, and flavorful. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the sandwich itself was so generously sized that it served as both my lunch and dinner! Talk about value for money!

I tried to call before I did this review but nobody answered. I know that I came in I know that I came in about 20 minutes before they’re closed I think the employees sometimes just want to clean up and not have to make any more food close to closing but I don’t know so anyway the guy was super condescending I guess I said ask a stupid question if they had sourdough bread and he was kind of like that’s in our name you know but I was really tired just came from out of town so I didn’t really think about it. . . It’s been 15 bucks on the sandwich and just truly disappointed it’s so hard to eat it’s like he gave me the hardest oldest Brady had in there tonight maybe to keep me from coming back I don’t know I asked for a lot of sauce and he gave me minimal so it’s really dry on top of the hard bread. First time I ordered a sandwich from there. Won’t be back, and damn I paid an extr 1. 25for avocados and then he didn’t even put it on. I’m to the point where I don’t even want to eat out anymore. I can’t believe he gave me this hard-ass print and then couldn’t even put the avocado on it for me that he charged me for. Guess I’ll call the manager tomorrow wait he didn’t charge me for the avocado but I specifically asked for it

Pretty good! I’ve only tried the Pastrami Reuben and Cranberry Turkey so far, but I found it very tasty and filling (I got the 8 inch). I’ll definitely come back and try more sandwiches, soups and salads and will update this review when I do 🙂

We came tonight and ordered 2 meals. I ordered the mac and cheese. This mac and cheese tastes foul. It tastes old and like it has turned. I had to throw it out immediately after one bite. I will not be back.

It was yummy! and the vibes were nice. We got the garlic pesto turkey club, the chicken poblano pepper bread bowl soup and a side of Mac n cheese all for $35. Not bad at all. Though a little crystal hot sauce would’ve definitely topped it off for us

I’m so sad that Rancho Cordova finally got a Sourdough and Co and it’s run so poorly. My last six orders have been wrong. My salads are never full here like at all the other locations. And when I called to tell them about my order being wrong, the employee said “we were really busy”.. great well being busy didn’t give them more practice to improve. They still can’t get the orders right. I’m not talking about complicated special orders. It’s as simple as paying for more bread and getting none, or getting a salad delivered and there is no dressing. Why can’t they be like the all the other locations? Or just having common sense like not putting wilted lettuce in a salad.
