Absolutely appalled by our food and service tonight. Waited 1hr to get our food. When we got home to eat our chicken was soggy and most of the skin was already off the chicken. Absolutely no crunch on a 16pc order of extra crispy chicken. Will not go back.

Waited almost an hr for my food today .
Only 2 or 3 employees running the place and they just stand there talking while im sitting in my car at the drive through with places to be!! If they cant wake up and get better service in there trust me it won’t be long till they aren’t in business anymore!!!!! Do better KFC In kirksville mo.

Absolutely horrible experience for me too. Where!!!! Is the the manager?? Waited in drive thru for 45 min for food , looked like 3 employees trying to run the place and they all looked like they wouldn’t have slept in days!!! Once I finally got my food it wasn’t even good. Not to mention this used to be our family’s favorite place to eat in Kirksville! Definitely not anymore, I am not going back!! What busy mother has time to just sit in a drive thru for 45 min just to wait on food that isn’t even good in the end!!

Ordered in the app and was given a pick up time of 3:43 pm. Stood at the counter until after 4 and not a single person acknowledged me until I called the restaurant and the person answering the phone finally made eye contact. Only for her to come over and tell me they had JUST put my wings in the fryer. I am STILL waiting for my food. Will never visit this location again and urge others to avoid at all costs. Apparently I should have read the damn reviews before I ordered.

3 employees because corporate wants to cut hour’s no one on the front counter 6 orders backed up and counting. You either properly staff your restaurant or close it. Give those three today a raise because if it weren’t for them this place would be done.

If i could have put negative .5 stars i would. came in at opening and went to the bathroom. tell me why there was dried pee on the toilet seat. came and sat down and tables weren’t washed, trash all over the floor, looks like it hasn’t been swept in ages! service was very slow. i was waiting for 25 minutes!

This is the worst KFC I have ever encountered! I ordered my family’s food at 5:41 PM for a 8 piece bucket of chicken. Have been in the drive-thru line for more than an hour. It is now 6:47PM! I get to the front window and they tell me to pull forward and they will bring my food out to me! Making me wait for more than an hour now! The worst service ever in the history of KFC’s!
