Ordered online and spent my entire lunch break patiently waiting for my order. The tracker kept getting pushed back until it had been a full hour since placing the order, with a 20 minute delivery estimate. Called the store and was told they didn’t have a delivery driver and the manager was supposed to have called everyone to let them know, but didn’t. They hadn’t even started making my food. Very poor communication/customer service. Would’ve been nice to have been offered something as an apology for wasting my time and my opportunity to eat lunch, but they simply cancelled my order. Not the end of the world, just really annoying.

This store legitimately cannot get a single thing right. I’m not sure why I keep ordering from them as my pizza is always missing a topping and there’s always 1-2 items missing. Tonight takes the cake though, I’m not sure how many brain cells Evan has as a delivery driver but dropping a pizza off on a doorstep when the temperatures are below freezing and not even bothering to knock makes ya wonder if he even graduated from high school.

‼️DISCLAIMER‼️ before reading this i would like to say i am NOT mad about not getting a refund or a re-made pizza that’s not what my issue was.. i came in on sunday evening and ordered a pizza. didn’t take long but what threw me off is they don’t wear hair nets or use gloves. i don’t care if it’s going in the oven and “the germs will get killed” absolutely not that is so unsanitary especially coming from someone who works in food. i brought my pizza home and there was a long blonde hair incorporated in my pepperoni it was disgusting. here’s my issue – i called them and explained my problem and i was accused of lying that’s what pissed me off. not only do the employees not wear the proper attire for the workplace but when customers see it they get told they’re lying. horrible customer service i will not be returning anytime soon.

Recently moved over to the east side of town and decided to give this location a shot after not ordering from another location because of quality issues. The last two orders we have received from this location have been so good. Our order was delayed by quite a bit the other day, which is not a big deal, I understand getting a rush and being shorthanded. Our delivery driver expressed her apologies and told us that out order had just come out of the oven. Our order was definitely worth the wait though, and I appreciate the work everyone put into making sure that my order made it to my door!

I got a pizza a stuffed bread chicken wings and parmesan bites. The parmesan bites were fine if not cold and the chicken wings were not burnt. Underneath of the pizza is pretty dark The stuffed bread was burnt around all of the edges. The food’s not inedible but when they held the pizza for a quality check for like 7 minutes you’d think they would have actually looked at the pizza while I cut it.

The worst customer service in my life! They failed to deliver my food when I called to ask for update, they did not know where my order was! The manager was rude and disrespectful refused to remake my order when it had been paid for and wrongly delivered. The manger needs support in customer service, she began yelling at me for asking the driver to leave my food at my front door! The worst manager ever!!!

My sister and I ordered Chicken Alfredo in a bread bowl 2 for 6.99 they took an hour and 10 minutes to deliver first of all !! Secondly we called because they screwed up our order there was no bread bowls and barely any pasta . We asked the manager to fix our order. She said she will SELL US ANOTHER PASTA IN A BREAD BOWL FOR 20% off and not charge us for delivery. But she said her employee didn’t make the mistake we did As you can see there are no bread bowls and only pasta tins we wound up eating the pasta because WE ARE DIABETIC AND HAD TO EAT DIDN’T HAVE TIME TO KEEP ARGUING
