Im a regular customer and have to say that the food is great! They have food specials every month and serve new items. Sometimes its a hit or miss. The corned beef sandwich was mediocre due to the fact I didnt care for the thickness and texture. My personal favorite is the chicken burrito bowel! Service is awesome and no long wait for the food. Margaritas on Thursday is buy one get one free and they taste great! Id recommend trying this place

The food was delicious but I don’t know if I would go back because of how short staffed the place was. The server walked away while I was still trying to talk mid sentence. She did came back and said good to go but I was not done ordering. She was very short with me she seemed overwhelmed. Then the wrong food was brought to our table we brought it back and they brought it to the right table. After another long wait we got our correct food. My first Margarita had the Margarita salt on the rim the second one did not she rushed off and I did not bother asking with how busy they were.

We went during a busy time(unintentionally) it was the Tuesday car show. The place was packed they had a special going on for cheap burgers. The other couple I was with got the cheap burgers, my significant other and I split cheese curds and a burger off the regular menu. I’m sorry I don’t remember exactly which one… It had bacon and it was very sweet. It was one of their featured burgers. It was very good! I don’t remember ever having a burger that was sweet. Their cheese curds were really good too. And both of those were plenty of food for me and my significant other.
We would like to go back again. Due to the chaos of the restaurant/bar the servers and bartenders were crazy busy. It didn’t allow them to provide fantastic service but I do have to say even though it was crazy the staff handled it very well.

Today, I took a drive to the Wooden Shoe Bar & ,Grill at 100 West Main Street, Lena, Wisconsin. It was a nice drive to get there. I was very surprised to see the menu and the July specials menu. I ordered the red, white and blueberry bacon burger. It was cooked medium rare and with all the ingredients the burger ended up being delicious. I credit whomever created this burger. One of the better burgers I have had here so far in Wisconsin

I really want to love this place. I have been in there 3 times. The first time the service and drinks were great. The second time the burgers came out way undercooked and fries were cold. The 3rd time was tonight, came in for a fish fry, tables were dirty with lots of people waiting on tables. We attempted to order at the bar waited 20 minutes and never got any service to order drinks or food. Sad because this place is highly recommended and I am just not seeing it.

Food and service was wonderful! Had the cheese curds, and the BBQ chicken breast sandwich with bacon, son had the macaroni and cheese burger, wife had a bunless beer cheese burger. Everything tasted great and was cooked to perfection. To top it all off they have Kona Brewing on top. If you like a different beer with some flavor, it’s a must try! Was very happy with my experience and will stop in again!

We’ve been here before but only had drinks. This time we had food and it was delicious. My husband had the shoe burger with the homemade pub fries. I had the Italian grinder with fresh fries. The potato, coleslaw, and pickle come with your sandwich. The food was great very flavorful including the potatoe and coleslaw. The bartender was very nice and welcoming. Give it a try.

Bloodies – fantastic with several different specialty options
Food – awesome! Nashville hot chicken was one of the best I’ve had in the area!!! Burgers, pretzel, flatbread were all great.
Arisa our server was amazing, always checking in around the tables on how things are and gave great suggestions!

Burnt bacon,burnt ham, overcooked burger and under cooked egg…I’d say you’d have to be hungover or drunk to think this was a decent burger.
