I’m doing this review, partially to call out the whiners in the review comments. I have no issues with this restaurant. I’ve never had bad food here. Today, we got the BLT Sub, Boneless Chicken, Baked Spaghetti, Onion Rings and French Fries. Everything was great, and no one in our group had any complaints. The girls were friendly and welcoming, as soon as I walked in the door. Had a nice, short chat with them. They had my order ready right then. Nothing missing from the order. So, for those who complain, just to complain, I’d say Giovanni’s is doing quite well. When you have to find a place to park, that tells me that a restaurant is good, and popular. As far as complaining about the food, how does YOUR restaurant do it? Yeah, that’s what I thought . And, there’s the option of making food you like, at home! There’s my review. Giovanni’s is good, staff is great, and I’ll enjoy it, time and time again. Sorry, I didn’t take pictures. I was too busy eating.

I understand this place is under new management & we haven’t ordered from here in well over a year. The only reason for 4 stars is their automated answering system wouldn’t let me make an order from my phone # so I had to place the order from a different phone. I ordered a baked spaghetti with garlic bread. When I got the order it was hot and cooked well. It tasted good like a giovannis baked spaghetti. The only thing I would critique is the garlic bread isn’t very garlicy but thats ok. Overall the meal was good with no issues. Will order again, from a different #, lol.

The steak sandwich, fries, and chef salad were all good. The calzone was not what we expected, but it was found out later that it was due to corporate changes. There is now only one size, and nowhere near the amount of toppings that use to be in them.

The food was burnt and cold; I was very disappointed in this experience. I could understand one of them ending up burnt but not all of it. The onions rings, steak sub, and the pizza was burnt. I used to love ordering from here but today ruined the experience. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience and will not be ordering again. It was 100 times better under the previous management.

Made a deferred order for a steak sandwhich sub, a Phillysteak sub with extra meat and added spicy pepperoni, fries for the subs, and a cheese pizza. Arrived exactly on time, and when I got there, they handed me my food out of a warming box, like it had been sitting awhile. I get home, and the spicy pepperoni is missing (I paid extra for it). The subs cold, the fries are soggy and cold, and the pizza looked undercooked. This is the second time I have been disappointed by this restaurant. We won’t be ordering again anytime soon. Would not recommend it!
