So this is not my first time visiting however, I would like to recommend this place for some delicious reasonable price Jamaican food. The lovely Queen who serve me had the most wonderful bedside manner I seen in a while, truly just a beautiful soul. She has the best curry goat I ever had in my life!!! Jerk chicken on point jerk, jerk sauce delicious and the curry chicken patty was amazing the best part about it is I got a nice big spoon full of cabbage and didn’t have to ask for it less rice lol Got My daughter the brown stew chicken and she said it was delicious!!!! I’ll be back next week to try to lamb chops BLESSINGS

Full review- Just found out about this gem and had to try it. As a connoisseur of Caribbean cuisine it is our mission to try and review every restaurant we can in the area.
Apparently, they’ve been open for a few months but we weren’t aware. Found them on a google maps search at 5.05pm on Saturday. The listing said they closed at 5pm. On a whim called the phone number immediately and pleaded with them to stay open for pick up. The kind lady replied that she was planning to be open for another couple of hours. So I jumped in the car and headed over there quickly.
We ordered variety of dishes :
– Chicken jerk chicken
– Curry goat
– Oxtail
The jerk chicken was running out so we completed the order with a little bit of stew chicken.
All the dishes were very good.
The rice and peas were truly special – Perhaps an extra dose of Love❤️
The Stew chicken was also outstanding.
We will be ordering all these dishes again.
The location is incredibly convenient. it is on College Street literally a block from Main Street.
Middletown is emerging us a culinary destination, and this lovely cozy Jamaican spot really elevates the game.
The food is good. The people are wonderful. the location is fantastic.

Incredible Jamaican food. Very friendly service. They had no problems going over all the available items and answering questions. Brown stew chicken smelled and tasted amazing. Oxtail was tender and straight from the kitchen. Giant baked goods so fresh you could still see the steam in the case. Plenty of indoor seating. Depending on the time of day they might be out of something but they’re very accommodating and will let you know when they can restock. There have been a few times where they’re closed despite their posted hours but overall, great new spot in Middletown for Jamaican food!

I tried it. And I don’t really care for it. The jerk pork is basically chopped ribs with barbecue sauce ….bones galore and the oxtail was 90% fat probably won’t go back.

I was in the mood for curry shrimp and I went here . The lady energy was so beautiful and nice ! I haven’t had good service like that in years ! Honestly speaking ! The curry shrimp was amazing and the portion size was great as well ! I’m so happy I now know of this place cause I will be back Thank you for being amazing

Always greeted with a smile and the food is amazing- breakfast sandwiches, beef/chicken patty, coco bread, jerk chicken, stew chicken, oxtail, etc.. It’s all consistently great. They don’t miss!

Ran into this gem on the way back home from long trip! Customer service was above par! as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and feel welcomed.
Great family and even better food! Fresh food! And some of the BEST jamaican food I’ve had in the surrounding states! Even spinners in the curry gravy! That’s how you know it’s authentic! 5 stars

Really good authentic yarde style food out here in Middletown. Being from Hartford I know good Jamaican food when I taste it and they got it, the cook pops out every now and then to great you like a sweet mom. Staff upfront is super nice and accommodating. Keep up the great work guys.
