We ordered at the kiosk (a service I always appreciate), 2 drinks and 2 desserts. The drinks came out somewhat quickly and they tasted fine. Pretty standard for the area. We played around with the claw machines and figurine dispensers for a bit and then sat and waited. It was probably about 15-20 minutes of other people getting served and a group chatting and going through older orders at the register before I went to ask if I could check on the dessert items for our order. The lovely woman who was at the front (I think an owner and someone who doesn’t normally work there) went to ask. She returned shortly after and asked what we ordered. I told her which items and she went back with our printed ticket to ask the person who was preparing orders. (The same person who brought our drinks to the counter) They replied to her, loud enough for us to hear, and in a really snotty “no duh” kind of way, “Yeah, we’re out of those.” She returned shortly after to let us know and helped us get a refund. It wasn’t the out of stock dessert that was a problem. It was waiting for 20 minutes with no word that our last items were never going to be brought to the pickup counter. When our ticket printed in the back, instead of letting ANYONE know, the person making the orders only made half the order and then went on about their night making every other order as if we were somehow supposed to know what they didn’t have in stock. The woman who helped us was very kind and I’d like to give them another try, but I probably won’t.

Came in around 6.30pm and nobody was visible. No customer, no employee. I see that there’s a machine that can take the order so I started putting my order in. Unfortunately the paying part did not work so I couldn’t pay. I asked around “Hello? Hello??” Nobody came out so my husband had to peek pass the bar to see if there’s anyone in the kitchen. He said 2 guys, on the floor, on their phone, not hearing or paying attention. My husband had to waved his hand until finally they realized ‘Oh there’s customer!’ I explained how the machine is not letting me pay for the order and I know my card works just fine. So one of them was able to take the order and pay there and then. Spent $13+ for those two 500ml bubble tea. It is absolutely not worth it. What I like is they asked for sweetness and ice, not a lot of places do that. But if you want hot, extra charge. Toppings? Extra $0.75. Bigger size than the 500ml? Extra charge. They nickel and dime you for everything and all you get is this… The only good thing that I can say is the boba was chewy and the place is kept clean so 2 stars in total. But the service? Barely exist. When I came in, the store has this bell that should tell the employee ‘Hey there’s customer!’ Because I get that bubble tea places not always busy, but come on. I ordered coconut milk tea with boba and milk tea black tea with boba. I will not come back and I do not recommend this place at all.

The boba here is pretty mid but they are well-intentioned with their boba/food service.
I actually wanted to write this review to draw attention to the new gashapon machines. They cost just as much as the ones available at Uwajimaya in Seattle CID but it appears they are counterfeit. The slips that come with them are different than usual and the paint job isn’t as high-quality as I’ve seen from other gashapon toys. I also found the Demon Slayer ones on AliExpress so that leads me to think they bought them from there and are re-selling them.
Don’t waste your money on these gashapon machines!

The boba is really soft and chewy! The Milk tea is really good.
The egg waffle is ok, maybe need more milk and eggs. It tasted more sugar than other flavors.

This place is awesome, I just found out you can adjust the sweetness and that’s perfect for me because I don’t like boba milk tea when it’s overwhelmingly sweet and you can’t taste the tea! I also ordered their takoyaki (octopus balls) which were the perfect savory snack because I was studying and needed something filling! It was super yummy and only $5.95 for like five balls. Perfect vibes for studying and outlets for my laptop and phone.

Love coming here and getting the rose slush. The tapioca are always fresh compute other places. I wish bubble tea business provide reusable cups. So many plastic cups are piling like Starbucks.
