Cute little trendy spot on the end of the warehouse district offering a newer version of tex mex. These tasty bowls came served with or without a protein of chicken, fish, steak or shrimp. Everything was fresh and delicious. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean and well staffed. Another restaurant offering a number at the counter where you order then get your drinks and they bring your food. So no table service. But the food is very good and the patio was nice on a Friday night.

We did a pickup order. Everything was correct and staff was nice.
Was surprised at how little cheese was on the quesadilla. My teen refused to eat it, but I ate half. It was edible but that’s it. The other half was thrown out.
I ordered the steak and a shrimp taco.
The shrimp one wasn’t bad but the ratio of shrimp to toppings were off. The toppings somehow muted the taste of the shrimp while also being bland.
The steak taco, I didn’t like. I couldn’t describe why. And again, it was very bland. It went to waste.
My husband did appreciate that they have liquidy salsa.
The queso was just melted cheese.
Guacamole tasted like plain mashed avocado.
Overall the food was tasteless and I think even if I was hangry right outside of it, I’d go somewhere else.

We stopped here on our way back to Tennessee from a business trip in Birmingham. It’s a little bit off I-65, but totally worth it. I saw all the great reviews and they did not let us down!
The restaurant is located in a charming little town in an adorable old building. Inside, it’s bright, colorful, and super inviting—such a fun atmosphere. The staff was warm and welcoming, and we chose to sit at the bar to eat.
The service was fantastic, and my husband’s margaritas were perfectly made. As for the food—absolutely delicious. I had two tacos (one chicken and one fish), and both were fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I cleaned my plate!
If you’re traveling along I-65 and looking for a new place to try, I highly recommend stopping here. You won’t regret it!

My wife and I swung in today. She got the birria quesadilla, I got the pork belly and birria tacos. The tacos and quesadilla were good as well as the consomé. The chips were very nice and crisp. The warm salsa is more of a marinara type sauce while the cold salsa is more of a traditional. I do not suggest the rice it is just white rice and extremely bland, that combined with the small portions especially the filling prevented me from giving it five stars.

First, thank you to the owners who have taken the time and energy to create an awesome space in the beautiful Historical Cullman Warehouse District! The attention to detail everywhere you look is amazing!
I really want to tell you this place is bad so I can keep it to myself for a few weeks but I would be lying! When you walk in, the decor is inviting and lively. Take your picture in front of the flower wall and make sure you share to your social media and tag #tacomarg. From here, You can do one of two things, order at the desk and then grab a table, have a seat, and your food is delivered to your table or……..if you like to belly up to the bar, you can sit down and order your drinks AND food from your seat! My guess after visiting tonight is you will take whatever is available when you get there! . We had chips and salsa, cornbread appetizer (or dessert, you decide ), Birria Burrito, and dessert (the brownie is to die for! )! If you are trying to be healthy, try one of the Healthy bowls you can personalize to your taste! Choice of four meats, rice, lettuce, dressing, and a multitude of toppings! Oh my, it is divine!
The sentimental part is the honor wall where they allow guests to bring pics of family members who have passed away and around 7 each evening will have a toast in memory of loved ones…..
I’ve lived in Cullman my whole life and have never been more proud to be a part of this community.

I never leave reviews, especially bad ones but I left here very disappointed. For $45 my husband and I got two taco plates and a fountain drink. We each got the hot honey chicken taco and the chicken was so incredibly dry that I had one bite of it and struggled to chew it. The steak and fish tacos were decent. I got chips and queso/salsa with mine and it was the best part. My husband got a side of “corn”.. which is exactly what it was so our fault I guess for expecting something else but it’s almost as if it literally came straight from the can, not warmed up and not even salt and pepper. This was our second time here and I honestly can’t justify the $45 for two people for the amount of food and the quality of it. I hope they use this review to better themselves. EDITED TO ADD: the girl who took our order was extremely sweet and unfortunately I’m not the kind of person to say something in person especially when I know it’s not the person in charge.

I mean we have been 4 times since they have opened on Friday! The food, service, and atmosphere are just amazing. It does get busy at times but the team works so hard to get you a table as soon as possible and get people in and out efficiently. Also every time we have been, the owners have greeted us and thanked us for being there. And margaritas are my absolute favorite drink and they have the best one I’ve ever had. You can tell it’s made fresh and not just a mix! Just what Cullman needed!

My husband and I had a late lunch and really enjoyed everything! I had the Loaded Tostado Nachos and my husband had the steak quesadilla. The food was great. So fresh and tasty. We sat at the bar and enjoyed margaritas and beer. The Margs were so good – not too sweet and delicious! Bailey was our bartender and she was great, just like the rest of the staff we encountered.

This place is absolute FIRE!!!! The Roadie Bowl, Smokey chicken taco and pork belly tacos were insane good!!
If you’re in Cullman, AL, this is THE SPOT. And if you like adult beverages the Margs are spot on. Great tequila selection and great cerveza selection!
Service was top notch as well. And so far I’ve only had 3 margaritas so this review is absolutely super accurate.

Had a delicious lunch today at TACOMARG! The ordering process was super easy, and we received our food at the table super quick. The Loaded Tostada Nachos were fantastic as well as the Birria and Hawaiian Shrimp Tacos. I’ll definitely be back.
