Stopped at Reily’s for a quick bite to eat. The area is known for so much of a Polish cuisine. That might steal the limelight from this place, nice atmosphere and very clean. The staff is friendly. My order came up quickly and it was fabulous. Being I spent time in Chicago I ordered the Chicago. I can tell you it’s going to be the closest thing you’re gonna get out in Connecticut. Definitely stop in and enjoy a quick bit with some fantastic choices.

Ordered 2 hot dogs and 2 sides of fries.
1. Custom “Naked Hotdogs” with bacon sauerkraut and brown mustard.
2. Dirty Mac Dog
Service was friendly, you order at the front and they bring out your food. Would definitely come back and try the over a dozen different hot dogs and burgers.

My wife is a burger snob. We discovered Riley’s about 4 weeks ago, although I’ve passed by the street at least 100 times. What a gem. The employees were super cool. I would rate the burgers 8 out of 10!
Oh, and please try their fries; Outstanding flavor!
I’m giving this place two thumbs up with a little bit of drool on my bib!

Small little shack with a lot of character. Great spot for very unique hot dogs (as well as burger options). Tried the jalapeño popper dog and my wife had the taco dog. Both very good and we liked the Cajun fries with the spicy sauce it came with. Very affordable too considering the high quality food. Would love to return to try more.

I’ve been trying all the hot dog places in CT. They all claim to be the best.
Imo, rilesys has the best chili cheese dog I’ve ever had. They nailed the classic flavor. They win hands down.
I also tried the small bite burger which is pretty big. It’s their take on a big Mac. It was good.
The fries too, fresh cut seasoned fries were the bomb.
Riley makes some of the best dog/burger joint food you can ask for.
Great service, lady who took my order was very friendly today.
Can’t wait to come back. Next time I am getting two dogs though!

Decided to make the rounds and try all of the local hot dog places. This was my favorite, but also the most expensive. Worth the money and the cleanest of the three. Parking was VERY confusing and ended up paying before I noticed the few dedicated spots right next to it. Everything I tried was delicious.

This IS the spot for one of the best hotdogs in Connecticut, if not the best. Hand cut fries, stunning! Dogs, spectacular! If you haven’t been there, GET AFTER IT! It’s so worth it.

Been wanting to try this place for years. I drive by it a lot,but I’m always too busy to stop. I was finally able to and it’s 17min before they close. I go inside hungry and excited, ready to finally try their hot dogs and burgers and I’m told that they just closed. I still had 17min. No explanation why they were closing early, but it’s cool. Guess, I will never try their hot dogs or burgers because I will never go back to try them.

Hot dogs are good, burger is acceptable and potato spuds was alright, “do not buy the mac and cheese it is not very good” as per my kid… There is sitting inside and outside. Restaurant’s parking is limited, but also there is paid parking available in same lot. Torn between 3to4 stars, I would have given it a solid 4 if the mac and cheese is acceptable but it was not at all…

Went there with 2 others for lunch. Though it is more of a counter experience, the food was good, people were friendly and prices were reasonable. The only drawback was the seating. They have those high chairs with the bistro tables, and when you’re getting up in years, need I tell you, they are NOT comfortable. Yes they have regular height tables and chairs, but they only sit 2 and the tables are quite small…
They have a long counter in front of the window, but again with the high chairs.
I guess those might be ok for younger folk, but not so much for advanced age folks.
Oh and very limited parking.
