I wanted to buy a 12 inch sandwich for my daughter and myself. I asked for half with teriyaki chicken and the other half grilled chicken. The server said she can’t do that. I have been going to Subway’s since they opened and in other countries. They ALL gave me the sandwich half one meat and the other half with another meat. She didn’t speak English but barely. I couldn’t even understand her. She was arrogant and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. She obviously had never been in a job that served people before. She was a smart aleck. This was today, January 13, 2026 about 1:00 or 1:30. How can they hire a person that doesn’t speak English and so arrogant? I didn’t make a scene but I will make reviews.

So, I told the lady behind the counter that I wanted two one-foot long sandwiches of hearty multigrain. A few seconds later, she asked me if wanted Italian bread. No, hearty multigrain. She then took a piece of bread out of the warmer and asked how many sandwiches. I told her how many and then she cut the bread in half because she thought I wanted two half footers. No, no, no. I don’t know if she doesn’t listen well or if she has trouble understanding.
The other woman asked me how many sandwiches. I said, Two one foot longs. The first woman’s response to me: Don’t do that!
I told her my order THREE TIMES! Please pay better attention to the customer. She also popped the sandwiches out of the toaster before it was even done. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and was able to get out with my lunch before I started work.

Management very rude yelling Giving dirty looks and gave me the Bread I did not want! Did not wash HER hands Kept the same exact gloves on after touching the register and money ! NEEDS NEW workers and management !!!! . I will never be Bring my business back here.! Food not fresh and disgusting !! Your boss needs to get to this and get you out ! You guys do not look at cameras you guys do not care about your Customers, and they should be up to the higher and be brought to health department!

Low and behold, I decided to eat subway today and oh my lord i was not aware the circus was in town… Laura is the most upright disgusting and rude person i’ve ever came across. I figured maybe when I ran into her at the lomis and juan tabo location.She was having a bad day.Absolutely not. Again, the same treatment I came across at the other location. Why on earth does this lady have a job????

Sing racist slurs under your Breath about my friend that’s Is a different skin color from us? Is not cool Bugs, crawling in lobby and behind Bain is food even fresh?!!! Mind boggling that this lady who has been at this location a long time “Laura” still has a job. She’s so very rude to everyone it’s almost comical. You almost feel like you’re being Pranked, but she’s serious. Go see for yourself. Go around lunch time during the week. Wow!!!! I think the keep her around because she’s probably a no nonsense type of manager which could be a good thing in this city. I’m sure you all lose a good amount of business because of it though. (On the bright side the taller lady who made the sandwich was very nice and the sandwich was fresh and delicious) 2 stars Because the taller lady saved the experience and the food was good!!

This is definitely a decent subway in a nice part of the city. Very clean and staff were very friendly and right away acknowledge you. Staff is very prompt and make your sandwich in no time. Plenty of room to sit and with good distance. I enjoyed the freshness in my sandwich. Cookies were soft and perfect. I would say if they had more fresh water options it would be great.

To charge me for extra vegetables is ridiculous.It stays nowhere on your menu or vegetables extra. If you are going to charge for extra vegetables, place it on your menu.
And then to tell me that I have to leave a tip that it’s required.
